A man captured on CCTV committing brutal acts of violence against two dogs has managed to evade imprisonment.
The disturbing video displays Thomas Hardy, aged 32, striking his Cockapoo repeatedly, followed by choking her, squeezing her chest with his legs, and swinging her by the neck.
In a separate clip, he was seen tossing the frightened Cockapoo into an elevator, proceeding to kick her and then destroying the security camera.

That low life should been locked up for a minimum 18 month. That judge need sacking. Justice was not served in that court case.
Hes a monster who is an obvious danger to society & he should of gone to prison.
The maximum sentence for animal cruelty is 5 years so the law is there, It's just so infuriating he gets a suspended sentence.

Equally the judge who handed out this laughable sentence needs to be looked into. What sort of a person is it that can hear all the evidence,see the video footage and then give a joke of a punishment?

Wow that tough sentence will stop it. Animal cruelty is a key indicator leading up to sexual offending.
That's about his limits picking on defenseless animals, the justice system in this country is a real joke.
Look at his face...you can see he is a total thug . His eyes are crazed!
Yet they sent a young man to prison for sticky labels which were not even offensive .
That is one sick person who should have been banned for life to have any animal, I spent 11 years in local government as as a animal welfare officer and came across a few like him and i did get two people banned for life for having pets but they both should have gone to prison for what they did which was a lot worse than this vile creature the system sucks when it comes to are beautiful helpless pets.
Something tells me he will break the rules of his suspended sentence very soon.
Yet hurty words or even a sticker or flag will get you arrested(or threatened) and or sent too prison......

I hate when people say we invented battery farming. I never invented it. Some cruel person thought he could exploit this for his wealth. I did not see a penny. So I am not to blame for battery farming.

Why are you surprised, people don't get put in jail for doing the same or worse to children or the elderly. Our jails are full of foreigners living the good life, food shelter warmth and pocket money, better than many of our pensioners and veterans

Animal cruelty of pets is not the same as butchery of cattle/livestock and cattle/livestock should not be tortured or treated badly but cared for with the utmost respect, this shouldn't have been turned into an opportunity to virtue signal to herbivores, vegetarian/vegan soy boys and castigating and demeaning omnivores, carnivores/meat eaters!?
Attacking and cruelty to animals is a clear sign that this blokes crimes will escalate into something much more serious including attacks on women.

I couldn’t watch or listen, too upsetting heard too many stories of children and animals being abused and killed, I unfortunately still think of them from time o time. This evil monster if IT can hurt an animal to cause it pain can do it to a person especially a defenceless child.

there is no place for criminals or people who would harm others who want to live a civilised life! we are all adults and at the end of the day if we allow bad things to happen and go unpunished you are every bit as reasonable for the way society turns out because you all stood by and did nothing because it did not effect you personally, its time that all of us took a good look at our selves! let's stop this now as we the people are unstoppable when we come together and no longer care about the consequences because honestly if we do nothing the consequences will be a lot worse!
