I know he's a great FO guy and the main reason everyone says he's on the top PP is to win the draw, but he's literally 0/70 on PP draws in the series. And they are clean losses. Straight out of the zone and then we get to see 7 drop passes and it's been a minute and half of time killed...

  • The way you guys talked, feels like the Leafs lost tonight. Marner was fine, that line played all night in the Bruins end. They didn't create much, but their Cycle Game was strong, and Mitch was part of that. Tavares once again brought energy & won a lot of Faceoffs. No salary cap in the playoffs; money don't matter anymore. They contributed, and the Leafs won. Still work to do, Power-play needs to improve, but goodness sakes boys, can we summon *ANY* positivity for the Leafs just shutting the Bruins down 2 games in a row?!?

    @zactolson3938@zactolson393814 күн бұрын
    • Yea I didn’t like the marner thing. Don’t think you can say a bad thing about anyone on the team. To hold Boston to so few shots for so long in the last two games is unreal. This game is why leafs can be so frustrating. Sure we want to win but win or lose we just want to see the effort

  • how hard is it to understand that the entire team played NHL level, disciplined and normal good-to-great-hockey. It's more weird that the Leafs cannot do this whenever they need to. This was a normal effort. Of course, the goaltending was more solid. No doubt. But the play in front of Woll was greatly improved, compared to any game they've played in the playoffs so far. Very strange. That it took so long for the lower level players to contribute so positively.

    @eramosat@eramosat14 күн бұрын
    • I don’t see it that way. The Leafs have played well in nearly every game of the series. They had one bad game. The problem was their goaltending kept letting in softies. They won their last two games by scoring a total of 2 goals. Boston goaltending and bad Leafs goaltending is the only reason this series was close. Boston did well all year because of how good their goaltending is. Should bode well if Leafs win this series because they have shown with good goaltending they can win low scoring defensively tight hockey. I like them to do much better against FLA this year. Last year of you watched carefully the series was a lot closer than it appeared. Bad goals against from Samsonov sank them while FLA got incredible goaltending.

  • How is no one talking about Marchand manhandling the linesman there. There's some seriously strict rules against that in this league. Some really clear verbiage on it too. Rule 601 (e) A match penalty shall be assessed to any player or team official who commits the following actions: 1. Applies deliberate physical force or attempts to inflict physical harm to any game official, including off-ice officials. That was decidedly intentional physical force. You know how in the NFL they can decline a penalty if they find it would be in their favor to do so? Can the Leafs do that please? "We would prefer to stay 5 on 5 please" Boston gets 1 shot in the first period and it was ON THE PK!!!!
