So relaxing and soothing, and I imagine the better circulation helps to keep the face firm and young looking. I really enjoying doing this tutorial last night after my bath and before bed. I will definitely continue. I was wondering, what are the benefits you've noticed for youself with Gua Sha?

    • Wonderful to hear! The results of this practice vary, as it focuses on de-puffing and draining fluid from your face to give a more sculpted appearance. Some individuals may experience more noticeable results if they naturally have puffiness due to water retention from various health reasons. I do see a depuffing effect, especially in the morning. I initially began doing face Gua Sha for cosmetic purposes, aiming to achieve a more 'snatched' appearance. However, I soon realised that the meditation and mindfulness aspect of the practice was more beneficial to me so I am forever greatful for this magical tool :)

I've been sleeping on my right side since I was a teenager and now I'm 25 and the right side of my face looks flat while the left side is kinda chubby and my jawline is not equal too, so plz let me know which side of my do I have to work to make it normal? In your previous video (about asymmetrical face) you told us to use gua Sha 10x to the side which is asymmetrical, so do I have to do it 10x on right side and 5 on left ?? Plz let me know I'm really confused 🥺

    @aliza_khanzadii@aliza_khanzadii6 ай бұрын
    • 10x on the left to depuff the cheeks. Gua sha will not alter your bones structure. Its about your other habits, chewing, smiling, sleeping and genetics. We all have some asymmetrical features and thats totally normal and makes us unique 🥰

    • Im glad you enjoy them. Im swiping fluid towards the lymph nodes (above collarbone & under ears) doing a lymphatic drainage. Massaging at the end of each motion provides tension relief. Different videos just focuses more on areas you tend to be more puffy (water retention). The benefits are many but the most important ones for me is the depuffing, mindfulness & relaxation of the practice.

    • Stainless steel is a great option for beginners since it can get slippery and easy break if you drop it. Some people believe in crystal healing, and if you subscribe to that belief, then the choice of stones might matter more. However, if the purpose is solely for de-puffing the face, any smooth stone should be sufficient for the job.
