thank you for this video!! I am new to gua sha and my main reason is using it for hooded eye lids and more of a droopy eyelid. is this something that can work? Or is there a separate video you have for that? thank you!
Thanks so much!!!
♥️♥️
I currently use a gua sha that has three bumps instead of two, and sometimes I'm not really sure how to position it on my neck or face. Can you do a tutorial using a three-bumped gua sha? Thank you so much, love your vids :)
Great video
thank you beautiful!!
thankyou maam
Hey Sis, thank you so much for this really lovely and well done tutorial. So clear to follow and your movements are so graceful. I am new to Gua Sha and have really been enjoying the benefits. So relaxing and soothing, and I imagine the better circulation helps to keep the face firm and young looking. I really enjoying doing this tutorial last night after my bath and before bed. I will definitely continue. I was wondering, what are the benefits you've noticed for youself with Gua Sha?
Wonderful to hear! The results of this practice vary, as it focuses on de-puffing and draining fluid from your face to give a more sculpted appearance. Some individuals may experience more noticeable results if they naturally have puffiness due to water retention from various health reasons. I do see a depuffing effect, especially in the morning. I initially began doing face Gua Sha for cosmetic purposes, aiming to achieve a more 'snatched' appearance. However, I soon realised that the meditation and mindfulness aspect of the practice was more beneficial to me so I am forever greatful for this magical tool :)
@@TinaEngeo Beautiful and perfect response. Thank you with all my heart for sharing your gifts with us on here! Sending you blessings Sister!
Ciao 😊.. i tuoi video sono davvero essenziali. Dove hai comprato gua sha + roller? Grazie mille ❤
Thank you for your video, what i wonder if thos rutin is beside the morin cleaning rutin (cleanser, tonoc, moinsturizing), is this correct? Do you do gua sha massage before?
Would you recommend the Elf face oil for oily skin?
Good morning :) I'm from Poland. I really like this massage and I would like to use it, but can I do it if I have a thyroid problem? Best regards and please reply 🤗
Can you share the name of the background music you used in the video, it's so relaxing 😍
Do I have to wash my face before and after using the gua sha?
There are many companies cam you tell which one is best quality ones?
Love this tutorial! It helped me so much:) tysm for this video🤍
You're so welcome! 🥰
I have a question. This is for jawline? And how many days i need to do this??
How many time a week to do for a 20 year old ? I just bought mine today !!
Hi Tina, my face structure is also asymmetrical actually whenever I look in the mirror I find nothing wrong in my face but whenever I took picture with the back camera of the phone my face is looking asymmetrical and lips too?
Where are your lovely silver hoops from? Thank you! x
Hi! My right side of my face is lower, I can tell from my right eyebrow is lower than my left eyebrow. I am wondering which side should I focus more? I've been sleeping majority of my right side and chew on the right. Do I focus on the left or right
Tres joli, merci

Could you do one for when you’re sick? Last year when I got a bad ear infection and cold I used gua sha to help my lymphatic system by my ears, throat and nostrils. It helped a lot to relive stuffyness and overall gross feeling. I feel like it be a great Idea. Thank you so much for your easy to follow videos.
I have a video for sinus relief! I think that may help out. Try that one out and see how it goes 🫶🏼
Could you please do a gua sha tutorial against forehead wrinkles ? Thank you so much you are amazing 💞
The last step is the forehead. Do that a couple times extra, look into retinol & sunscreen. You can’t really reverse fine lines with just gua sha, only smoothen it out temporarily 🩷
question: in order to sharpen ur jawline or get rid of a double chin should u work up or down (while using the gua sha/jade roller tool on ur neck) cus diff tutorials state different things.
Both works, downwards is more focused on the lymphatic drainage
Witaj Tina ❤ Bardzo fajny vlog 👌🌷🥰🥰🥰
🩷
Sis I have a question, my English is not so good so I hope you'll understand my point and help me out plz... I've been sleeping on my right side since I was a teenager and now I'm 25 and the right side of my face looks flat while the left side is kinda chubby and my jawline is not equal too, so plz let me know which side of my do I have to work to make it normal? In your previous video (about asymmetrical face) you told us to use gua Sha 10x to the side which is asymmetrical, so do I have to do it 10x on right side and 5 on left ?? Plz let me know I'm really confused 🥺
10x on the left to depuff the cheeks. Gua sha will not alter your bones structure. Its about your other habits, chewing, smiling, sleeping and genetics. We all have some asymmetrical features and thats totally normal and makes us unique 🥰
Do you do this in the morning or night?
Thanks for your videos. I've started doing gua sha only recently and would appreciate if you would explain what is the difference between the different combinations of moves that you show in your different videos.
Im glad you enjoy them. Im swiping fluid towards the lymph nodes (above collarbone & under ears) doing a lymphatic drainage. Massaging at the end of each motion provides tension relief. Different videos just focuses more on areas you tend to be more puffy (water retention). The benefits are many but the most important ones for me is the depuffing, mindfulness & relaxation of the practice.
I do this twice a day. Because I want to have a thin and beautiful face. Will this work?
Tina, thanks! It' so relaxing massage. Like it. Do you have a tutorial for eyes area for dark circles?
I don’t think this would help dark circles. Just puffiness around the eye area :)
What are your thoughts on the heated, vibrating Gua Sha tools?
How much pressure should be applied?
Damn I was so excited but looks like I bought the wrong gua sha T_T mine has 3 and not 2 of those edge thingies
Do you think it is convenient for me to use gua sha if I have acne? I'm afraid that marks will remain due to the pressure when using the gua sha. (Es traductor no sé como de bien está traducido)
Тиночка Вы Супер, класс!
Im about to start on gua sha , which would you recommend me to begin with , the jade stone or stainless steel ?
Stainless steel! Heard too many accidentally drop their stone on their first go since the oil/moisturiser can be a bit slippery. If you do use a stone, sit on the bed or sofa :)
@@TinaEngeo Woah you replied! Thank you sister! 🤍 stainless steel it is then!! As I will probably do it standing up . Appreciate you 😊 !
I hope someone answers me, but is it okay to wash my face after doing the massage? I live in a hot country and can’t stand having oils in my oily face 😅
Can i use gua sha? I hav a lot of pimples on both cheeks.... If I use gua sha in this state will the pimples increase even more
There is a possibility that it can irritate your skin even further. But it’s different for everyone.
Hi tina which type of guasha u use in this video?
Stainless steel Gua sha. Great for beginners since it won’t break if you accidentally drop it. Linked in bio :)
Ok thanks alot dear🥰
Day1 Day2 Day3
🤨🤨
Pls where can one get the gua sha? Can i get it in a cosmetic shops?
Amazon, tj max and even Walmart carry them
Can u suggest a gua sha tutorial to get slimmer nose
”gua sha follow along for sinus relief” could potientally help with that :)
What is this metalic gua sha ? 🤔 And thank you for this session. 🌟🍀
Stainless steel! 🥰
@@TinaEngeo thanks 💖👌
What oil or essence should we use?
Any face oil that suits your skintype! I use elfs all the feels face oil
What exactly is this supposed to do?
🥰🥰🥰
🩵
For me, even with slight pressure on the edge of my jaw, it feels totally disgusting. It feels so gritty, like lots of little nodules, lumps or tiny bumps one after the other that the stone is rasping over. Is that normal?
Sounds like dry fascia from a foam rolling class I took maybe. I’d try to Drink more water and massage often.
@@janaeku8984 thank you, I'll try that :) right now after a few gentle massages and a new skincare it actually feels a little better already :)
Does it remove face fat Tutorial for fat around lower part of the face please
No, it does not remove fat! Only depuffs the face
Hi @TinaEngeo Do you apply the oil on top of your skincare products or do you do this routine before applying your skincare? In other words, what is the order of this routine? You cleanse, apply the oil, de-puff, then cleanse the oil off your skin, and apply serum, and moisturizer? OR do you apply your serum/moisturizer/sunscreen (if it's morning) first and then apply some oil on top to de-puff? Thank you and thank you for this video :)
same question here
I think u should do your skincare routine first, and after all you can do gua sha (sorry 4 my english if I did wrong.)💛
How do we clean the guasha? And how often?
Before & after every massage with warm water and soap
does this change your face better?
It depuffs your face :)
I did this last night and my face is puffier… is that normal?
Me too. I did it first time
Can I get rid of eye bags with the gua sha?
It can de-puff the area. But to what extent is varies from person to person.
Is bruising normal?
It should never bruise, hurt or feel uncomfortable while doing face gua sha! No need to much pressure
Hi, thank you so much for the instructions. Could you please show how to masssge the chest with gua sha?Joanna
My pleasure! I start out with the chest area in my latest video “15 minute daily gua sha” :)
Does 19 years old can use gua sha?
Yes :)
Excuse me,how old are you?
I have a square face will it help reducing it
It will only help to depuff, not to change any bone structor or face shape
@@TinaEngeo okay thank you
Do you gua sha before or after your skin care routine ?
4:54 Why do you hold your nostrils shut? It bothers me to hold my nose or rather my nostrils. It's an unpleasant feeling. I don't do that. It goes without holding the nostrils.
Not holding my nostrils shut. Just adding a light touch to my nose bridge for support.
@@TinaEngeo Thank you for your answer! What do I support? Is this really necessary? Greetings from Germany
А, что это за скребок зеркальный?
Stainless steel gua sha tool
I dropped my gua sha mid process and it broke 😭😭😭
1:50 while doing this one I feel like there are small balls in my jawline
J
The thing is unfortunately, that's too fast too see how to hold the gua sha correctly 😬
I have slower beginner friendly videos. This may be more suitable for people who already is familiar with gua sha and just want to press play and go ☺️
Hold as flat as u can
Too fast! Doesn't feel relaxing. Try a jade tool, I think stainless steel doesn't have good energy. Like the music.
Stainless steel is a great option for beginners since it can get slippery and easy break if you drop it. Some people believe in crystal healing, and if you subscribe to that belief, then the choice of stones might matter more. However, if the purpose is solely for de-puffing the face, any smooth stone should be sufficient for the job.
Absolutely the best tutorial I've ever seen. Thank you, grateful for you 🙏🫶🤌
Glad it was helpful 🫶🏼
