Thank you TVP. Slava Ukraine 2nd to none in heart. My 2 cents on the Ukraine male being conscripted to defend their land is this. Men of fighting age 17 and older can enter military service. Men who are 17 will go through a more extensive training course until 18 and then sent to do their job. Men who dodged the draft or bought their freedom should either be in the military or jail or they pay a fine and do civil service work. If they go into the military that is really punishment enough however I would have people watch over them while they serve. If they take the Option of Jail then they go to jail during the daytime they build fortifications or other infrastructure, If they take the later, then they pay a heavy fine and do work for the country until the war is over in civil service. Men who are the last of their families bloodline are exempt except if they chose to serve. I for one fit that bill however I would have still served. Women who left the country with children you have enough to deal with thank you for the sacrifices your making. Vets can work for the state civil branch if they choose to. People with mental impairments can serve in the civil sector cleaning and stuff like that. Everything helps with the war and brings the country closer why deny them a chance to help. Older Ukraine civilians can chose to serve or build FPV's with the printed kits that are being given out to build.
That's the way I believe a commitment to family and country period.

It is my personal opinion that should a man who had previously left Ukraine for whatever reason, be mobilized, and then returns to his country to serve, they should retain all rights and respect that anyone else receives. As Benjamin stated, there were innumerable reasons for people leaving the country at the outset of the invasion. I have my own feelings regarding the validity of a few of these reasons, but at the end of the day, it is not my place. These questions are for Ukrainians, and Ukrainians alone to solve. They have more than proven to me that they are both capable and responsible enough to handle these issues internally. I do think it's important to remember that any conflict arising within the Ukrainian military/government only benefits the kremlin who seeks to sew division. Now is the time for unity and cooperation.
Please keep Shoigu and his unhelpful incompetents, it helps Ukraine. Lavatory talks....just bull💩comes out! Poles have good reason to remember the Austrian painter and Stalin, both catastrophic for them!
I can understand the anger many Ukrainians must feel in watching their own friends and relatives die defending their homeland while others hide overseas. I'm a 65 year old woman and have faced trials, tribulations and challenges in my life but, having watched this war since it began, l've realised that l am to all intents and purposes, a coward. I am extremely grateful to have lived my life in a peaceful country and never had to face my fear of war. So many in Ukraine will return broken from the fighting and, the years of fear and of russian aggression will cause generational psychological damage to many. I imagine that those who return without having served WILL be judged by their countrymen but, we need to be very careful how and what we do and how we judge them. My heart breaks for them all. I'm not familiar with Ukraine's laws but I would suggest as an addition, priority professional and business licenses for the veterans over civilian and draft dodgers be a bottom rung. anyway excuse my ignorance of the depth of Ukraine's culture and my suggestions would be... at the very least... inconsiderate or a nonstarter
UA manpower problem is Zelenskiy`s responsibility. He refused to use his presidential prerogatives to announce mobilization when the proverbial hit the fan. Moreover, he sacked officers demanding mobilization by year classes. Call up by name is not efficient since many Ukrainians are displaced and their current address is not known.
