I think Titanus Tiamat going dormant and "obeying" Godzilla had much the same thought behind it as Titanus Scylla taking Godzilla's order to flee from the nuclear bomb, more or less mentally telling itself "alright, I'll do what you say, but this isn't over" in a way, I'm thinking Tiamat was just preparing for a rematch with Godzilla, but G-Man interrupted her plots.

I think another thing is that after the events of KOTM, and the loss of Mothra, Godzilla believed he had to be more ruthless and merciless. For example: in the Mothra/Rodan fight, she could’ve easily gone for a fatal blow, but she chose to incapacitate him, showing him mercy. And in GxK, Godzilla came very close to (SPOILERS) …Killing Kong, but was stopped by Mothra. I think that Godzilla is naturally a bit of a hot head and Mothra is his voice of reason, leaving him to be a ruthless, but balancing force of nature
Just as Kong's the closest humanity'd ever get to guardian deity, just as Godzilla to every other Titans. Mothra bridges the two, and i actually loved this rendition of Mothra, she had more human compassion than the humans themselves, and thr fact that GxK is the first time mothra ever met/interact with Kong. And both Kong/Mothra tribe being related to one another. Is nothing short of great addition of original lore to the monsterverse.

Before I even watch, didn't they explain she was at the apex point where radiation hit the earth and she was absorbing it for something. The G man didn't like that and it seemed a bit suspicious that she was trying to power up. So he ended it before it started

Another thought to consider is the very possible likelihood that Godzilla would have returned Tiamat's lair to her, upon gaining the energy that he needed. The end of the film shows that he had no intention of taking her lair permanently, if he was, he would've returned there instead of returning to the Roman Colosseum to rest, especially with her being deceased and no longer an obstacle. IMO, had Tiamat cooperated with Godzilla and allowed him to use her home for a brief period of time, she would still be alive in her ice lair living in peace ( as long as she did nothing to piss Godzilla off lol).Also in addition to this consideration, the entirety of the surface world is Godzilla's territory ( unless I'm mistaken, feel free to correct me if I am) and the other titans who live in different areas of that territory, only do so because Godzilla allows it (due to the positive, nourishing effects doing so would have on the various ecosystems), so by that logic, Tiamat's lair doesn't technically belong to her, but it is instead being borrowed by her, from Godzilla.
The lair thing is kinda true, but there is a possible reason that Tiamat took that territory without permission whcih put her on G man`s bad list. Rest in peace Tiamat. My second favorite kaiju after the G man.

Maybe Godzilla sensed a greater threat looming and needed to conserve his energy or focus on preparing for that impending danger. In this scenario, Godzilla's decision to swiftly deal with Tiamat could be interpreted as him prioritizing his efforts and resources for the larger threat that he knew the real threat is approaching. It adds layers to Godzilla's motivations and strategic thinking within the MonsterVerse.
It's suspected that in the next movie, it's Godzilla focused and he's fighting an incredibly powerful monster possibly from space

If it’s not canon, then it’s not a piece of current monsterverse lore, more like an alternate one. Something that would be considered a piece of actual, canon “lore” would be jla/avengers, which is actively canon to both marvel and dc.

Absolutely! Although his low size makes it a proble, he does have the advantage with the throwing arm and such!
@@MightyContent6 Well, based on the movie, Suko is the same size or slightly larger than Kong from 1973, so he would be a good fit for the Skull Island ecosystem! In terms of speed and agility, Suko would be superior to Kong because Kong has longer forelimbs and this allows him, as you said, to throw large objects over longer distances and to use four limbs while running like modern apes, unlike Kong from 1973 who ran like a human on two legs.

@Goji , you bring up a good point regarding the link between Tiamat and the Ancient Kong. In KOTM, Tiamat was on the radar emerging in the eastern coast of the United States. So it's most likely probable that the Ancient Kong had died from natural causes or old age, rather than perishing against the mighty Tiamat for the claim of Godzilla's former lair.

Many people seemingly forget that Tiamat is literally classified as a "Destroyer" her abilities and biological traits cause more harm than good to the planet Also I have a theory, Tiamat could probably be in her lair using the radiation to kill and overthrow Godzilla, and became the new Alpha Titan, I mean after the events of Dominion it's possible
No. Being classified as a destroyer means that the titan is more focused on harming humanity than doing them good. It's not about their traits or characteristics as a titan. Scylla wasn't classified as a destroyer first until she attacked a nuclear power plant. Monarch isn't on the good titans' side. They are on the human side. If one day Godzilla himself decides that humanity is dangerous and he starts to attack humans, he would be classified as a destroyer by monarch. All of Godzilla's abilities and traits can make him be classified as a destroyer. Tiamat was classified as a destroyer because she hasn't done anything good for the humans. Scylla used to be classified as protector because she stopped melting of ice bergs at the poles.

Even if this isn't MV Godzilla, there has been 2 recorded times when Godzilla fought a Serpentine Kaiju. There's a deleted scene for "Destroy All Monsters" even though the Kilaak Aliens controlled both Godzilla and Manda, Godzilla chokes Manda. Manda is an Asian Dragon, with a serpentine body, just like Tiamat (minus the "Mizutsune flaps" on the sides of her face). It doesn't matter what happens, Godzilla is just doing what Godzilla does best

I have a theory why Godzilla killed Tiamat . Godzilla had to take a rest or hibernation in the magnetic area like the iceberg he evolved in . But Tiamat who was a terrorist (which was said in movie ) might attacked Godzilla. So Godzilla had no choice but to kill Tiamat. We can also prove it by their colour . Tiamat is pink or magenta and after g-man’s evolution he was also pink or magenta

Tiamat ambushing and almost killing Godzilla already sealed her fate. Scylla wasn’t really a threat to Godzilla. Godzilla let her power up a bit from radiation, and lo and behold, she challenges Godzilla. Tiamat was doing the same thing except she was an actual threat to Godzilla. Godzilla learned and took care of her early while she was still powering up.
