Honestly, I don’t think she needs a villain arc. Tarkat is an interesting arc though, what if they run out of cures for her? Maybe she banishes herself and temporarily goes insane, so either Kitana or Kotal has to take charge. Eventually Mileena is able to regain her sanity, and the others find a way to revert her changes (probably not the teeth though).

Yeap in plot they are good family, Sindel love her daughters, sister respect and support each other. In MK11 was enother situations: Mileena its a clone, who wants to be love, but cant do it. Shao and Sindel in that part was the worst parent.
I hope that for any future DLC there isn't any real beef between Kitana and Mileena, and that it's all just Shang Tsung's deception.

If NRS Play their cards right with her. I'd say give her a villain arc and then later on down a line of redemption arc. Just so that she will learn from her mistakes and not suffer the same fate she has had in MKX.
Honestly, I don’t think she needs a villain arc. Tarkat is an interesting arc though, what if they run out of cures for her? Maybe she banishes herself and temporarily goes insane, so either Kitana or Kotal has to take charge. Eventually Mileena is able to regain her sanity, and the others find a way to revert her changes (probably not the teeth though).
