A few months ago I gained access to the Chinese version of Roblox and tried communicating with users living behind The Great Firewall. Cultural and language barriers quickly collapsed as we discovered we have way more in common than previously realized.
On September 1st, 2021, the Chinese Government introduced new gaming regulations that required all games to verify the identity of their players through China's National ID system, making Luobu inaccessible to foreigners. All footage was recorded before this date.

As a Hong Konger, I’m aware of the issues in China. Not all countries are perfect, including China. I’m not denying my own country or anything, I’m just glad someone isn’t afraid of pointing out those issues. Thank you bro.

Hello Ruben, I am a Chinese from Guangdong Province. I have seen your video and I can answer a question, which is:Why is Tencent now banning the international version of Roblox while not opening up the Chinese version? That's because Tencent spent a lot of money buying the Chinese version of Roblox、They believed that this game could bring them good profits to make money, but due to various rules and restrictions, there were not many players, so they closed the Chinese version of Roblox. But they thought they wouldn't lose money if they bought it, so they forcibly intercepted Chinese players who didn't use VPN and brought them to the already taken down Chinese version of Roblox。This has led to Chinese players now having to use VPN to play roblox, which comes at the cost of high ping and occasional lagThese are what I know now. Since when Hong Kong had a national security law, we’ve lost our rights to talk about 8964. The incident was always a topic that is prohibited in China. There are many people who doesn’t know anything about it. When I saw your museum, I somehow feel touched. The museum can actually let Chinese people know about what the communist party have been doing and also know more about their country’s history. Therefore, I have to appreciate your effort put on making this video and the museum.

This will always be the best video i've ever watched, nothing can take that away, its very much detailed to the pixel, and very funny, if roblox never sued him, these kinds of content would continue, now a days, roblox is just a platform for disgusting people, and ruben sim, has changed his content, from a funny and exposing to just exposing, you dont get the same nostalgic vibe you once get, i used to watch this back in the old days, now a days, its just exposing, there isnt that vibe, where the editing was good and simple, it just feels like a dani situation, (dani is a unity developer who hasnt posted in over 2 years), but instead, its about the vibe, where in the outro, there is this song, that just lets you sink in of whats different, and its peacefull and relaxing. i wish this wouldve continued, but now a days, its trying to continue the issue and trying to expose it, yet doesnt bring it to the media, big youtubers, or anyone that would put sever pressure onto roblox. it was awsome while it lasted, now its a clash of roblox ignoring, and ruben getting exposing, but there isnt the nostalgic or the vibe you once get. this video's world, was different, where we didnt create random words like "yap" "gyat" or what ever brain rottening experience.

I have met some kids on LT2, they might have been Chinese, or maybe Taiwanese, I can't tell, it was just very hard to translate Chinese into English, because the Google Translator would give me any letter but the one I was looking for. Putting aside all the deep sort of talk, the Chinese guys seem really nice and wholesome, one may be a bit older than the rest and I can see why Ruben showed him the 64 museum, the other 2 are probably just kids and they probably didn’t know about the 64 stuff, but besides that. All three of them got to see real Roblox for probably the first time in their lives
