Awesome episode Devin, yeah you was off mark with your bombs but hey.. happens to everyone, you still went out and attacked the target and better still you got back alive, so.. you know.. that's something to be grateful for. Operation was still a success, and your wing mate was on form, and we also had a chance to see the F105s come out to play.. I can't help but wonder if anyone of those we're with Curtis Bradley's squadron. Got a pleasant landing and the deck crews and repair crews can't start squawking at you for a messy landing. Congratulations on another successful operation, sweet work.. loved it, really did. Looking forward to the next one, fly safe and happy hunting mate 👏👍

Awesome stuff. I love your videos. Question. As somebody who mods their game a lot, do you know how to set an airforce plane to be enabled to launch off an aircraft carrier? I want to set my Harrier GR-3 to be a carrier plane so I can use it in a Falklands type scenario. I don't need it to have a hook and land that way (it hovers obviously). I just can't seem to see how to make it use a carrier as a home base to start a mission.
Like the additional effort of the photo recon slide. Perhaps if you’re doing that, a Compass or a North Yardstick on the photo would help you from having to explain the azimuth of the photo ?
In the past I've doctored it up in paint or Gimp, but opted to skip the extra steps this time
Reminds me of a joke, apologies if you heard this before....... So an elderly lady is on a flight from San Francisco to Chicago Chicago is getting socked in with bad weather but the pilot decides to give it a go He gets the wave around a couple of times but on the third approach he is cleared to land Anyway he manages to slam the 707 down on the runway in howling wind and driving rain, pretty hard landing, passengers bouncing around etc..... As the passengers are disembarking the old lady waits her turn then says to the Pilot...... Lady: You are a Navy man aren't you? Pilot: Why yes I am ma'am how did you know? Lady: My son is a Naval Aviator......he told me that they don't land an aircraft, they crash them into the deck, in a very controlled way
Ha yeah. The joke i use came from a 747 pilot who was a friend of my dad's. He told me once a good Navy landing is when most of the pieces stay on the runway

Hi, I've been trying to mod this game for a while now. I did exactly as you have said before in your tutorial but it never seems to work (to be fair I did pirate it will it still work or no?)
It might depend on where the pirate came from, maybe it's missing some files, but otherwise it should work fine. Try cutting and pasting the mod into the folder a couple of times and overwrite everything. I've had that fix problems before, randomly. Also check the single mission .ini in the mod folder. Make sure the single mission folder path is pointing to wherever your mod folder actually is. If it's not, the game won't find and load the mods.

@theunseenwalrus5768 saved games. That's the actual mod folder andnwill override the main folder

@@theunseenwalrus5768 I guess outside it. Hard to tell without seeing it, but the base mods should have all the other folders in them, so copy over the mod folder or move them individually, matching each one inside
This game looks neat but charging $40 for a game from 2008 is absurd.
