  • What a Beautiful buck They definitely have some big white body deer up there to survive the cold The bodies are so big I've heard other guys in the far North say how much it dwarfs the rack He didn't look that big rack wise until you picked him up what an amazing buck Congratulations on a job well done

    • Yes that is true. Racks often don’t look as big on the big bodied northern whitetails as they do on the smaller ones in the south.

  • I'm so relieved to see that archery can be accomplished in sub 0 temps. I've read that crossbowing can also be done in winter. Can you confirm and if there are any tips you can give on the subject? Love watching you guys and Greetings from Saskatchewan!

    • You can hunt them in below 0 temperatures. The thing you have to watch with bulky clothes is that the string doesn’t hit your clothes or your shot will be off. So make sure you practise in the clothes you will be wearing first to be sure you can do it

    • I know for sure, those are the alfalfa bales(green straw) And probably shelled corn underneath it. They usually ride in on ATV's, with the sack of corn, and 2-3 alfalfa bales.

  • Hey Kevin. I'm a huge outdoorsman in ontario and pay attention to fine detail. I had a question for you. I see the one deer you seen has blood on the antler. Then later on a day after you switch locations and when you do you see a deer right before you shoot your buck and if you look in the camera Frame you see it's hind quarter with a massive wound in it like an antler hole. Do you think this could be from the two bucks fighting. Also dependant on how far the stands are apart also. Just curious of your thought and if you guys even noticed or not. By the way you guys make awesome shows for the ontario outdoorsman enthusiasts.

    • We never even notice the wound. But they were miles apart, so we doubt the other buck did it. But you never know

    • We are sorry to hear that. You do understand that hunting shows are not like normal TV shows and we have to pay to be on TV. So that commercials you are seeing is the only way for us to be on TV.
