오늘은 여러분께 너무 편해서 초장부터 딥 수면 해버린(ㅋㅋㅋㅋ) 피부관리와 얼굴 마사지 영상을 보여드릴까 해요. 이 에스테틱에서는 부드러운 마사지와 가벼운 근막마사지까지 함께 해주셨는데요,

    • If you are talking about what she is doing to the shoulders, that’s a big no-no in massage as it traps the tension in the muscles. Always push down and flatten. I wish she wasn’t doing that.

  • 항상 잘보고 있지만 힐링되는 영상에 자막은 진짜 재미넘치는 항상 좋은 영상 감사합니다 직장 생활하며 약간의 우울증을 겪다 힐링 많이된다고 했었는데 쉬다가 다시 재택근무로 일을 시작하게 되었네요 벌써부터 스트레스가 생기지만 어쩔 수 없는 성향인가봐요 ㅠㅠ 그래도 영상보며 힐링 하고 갑니다

    • I am sorry that you are sad! I take Vitamin D since you can get it naturally from the sun but in the Winter it is overcast and I need to take it. I also like you appreciate these wonderful videos! I watch Este every night. I don't think in Colorado/USA we have such great facials or massages.

  • this place looks and presents itself as a professional spa. I like the fact they did a quick feet soak and wash before starting any of the treatment(s) as the customers had been walking prior to the appointment and mostly not all beauty places just get the customer into a gown on the bed then use a wet towel to wipe the feet (that i have noticed). the facial was pretty ordinary except for the face massage which is kind of like a sculpting massage but the beautician is pulling the skin a tad too much, that is my personal opinion. i have done facials with such stretching but the skin is not pulled to such an extent. I am wondering if the koreans have something like the buccal or intra oral facial massages? that would be very interesting since that has not been featured in korea or japan facial channels. great video as always, Este. 🥰

    • Este has at least one, if not two or more videos, that feature those buccal and whatnot massages 🤔 it's not the whole focus of the video, but just one part of the massage.

    • Thank you very much for watching the video and leaving your thoughts in the comments. I am also very satisfied with the skills of the therapist here. For your information, I have filmed several videos of oral massage before and I think the effect is really good. Since the oral massage can be done by yourself, I think it is very helpful for facial swelling and circulation. My husband also knows its effectiveness and often massages the oral cavity himself.👍❤️🥰

    • Thank you so much for remembering correctly. That's right. I also remember two or three videos of massaging the muscles inside the mouth. It was done once at a hospital and I remember experiencing that in a color therapy video as well.👍❤️

    • 카메라는 상황에 따라서 개수가 조금씩 바뀌고 있어요 남편이 촬영을 하고 있는데요 그렇다 보니까 크게 카메라를 인식하지는 않습니다 하지만 촬영이다 보니까 보통 마사지 받을 때처럼 완벽하게 편하게 있지는 못합니다이 영상 보시면서 편안함을 느끼셨다니 저도 너무 흐믓해요~😁

    • I completely understood your comment. I know that a technique called Rolfing is very effective. The problem is that the Rolfing technique is too hard on therapists. That's why there are very few people who do the Rolfing technique properly. I would like to try proper Rolfing techniques someday.😌🥰🙏
