if you rewatch the fight, its very easy to tell that if KSI doesn't connect with a punch, his immediate default is to hug and hold so he can't be countered. He displayed no ability or intention to defend the entire fight. His defense is to hug you untilll the ref breaks it up. Not once did Tommy go out of his way to hold KSI instead of trying to defend and for that reason along with the balanced shots taken, the fight was easily won by Tommy

The reality is that KSI fought a negative fight. His entire strategy was designed to nullify TF's attributes by sweeping and clinching, relying on rough inside work to nick points. Without a clear paired offensive strategy, you can't rely on the judges to look favourably on that. His reaction to the verdict shows you all you need to know about his character.

Tommy seems like a nice guy. He is certainly not the most gifted fighter but he has found a niche that is rewarding him financially far greater than what a “regular “ 10-0 boxer would make. Look i am going to tell some facts, with no intention to disrespect you g. But i have been looking at Both KSI fans and Tommy Fans and also others opinions etc:( this may be long, so sorry) 1. First 2 rounds were of KSI with the point deduction to tommy. 3rd round was a swing and tommy clearly wins the remaining but with close call points. 2. In one of the footage you see jake paul clearly saying that "Ya, KSI won that,fuck!" before the results were announced, and when it was announced Jake turns his opinion like a hypocrite. 3. You can see John fury and Tyson fury being surprised on Tommy wining as everyone including were surprised by the decision that Tommy Won. (sure the commentary and referee looked biased towards JJ af ,but tommy was playing dirty with back shots and KSI just like any fighter in the ring in that situation has the right to act for the back shot hits on the head since there are rules you can't break) 4. Yes, JJ performed shit in that fight.... and his Over hand did not do much of a damage. Even though I stayed all night from INDIA to Watch the match, it was disappointing. Tommy clearly had more technical moves,more control of ground and better composer than JJ who had only right overhand and some bouncing with a lot of clinch and gassed out in 3rd or 4th round. IDK why tommy wanted 6 rounds and not 8 rounds cuz he would have won for sure with 6 or more rounds. 5. One thing I hate about people is that when JJ does alot clinch ( he cliched a lot at initial rounds but so did tommy at later rounds) it is wrong but when tyson fury does that to wielder then it is not wrong. LIKE MAKE UP YOUR MIND PEOPLE. 6. JJ went with a lot of clinch, sure that is a not so pro way of boxing...but there is a reason why clinching is allowed in boxing match so you can use it to your advantage. The reason KSI cliched a lot was cuz KSI's coach wanted JJ to stop tommy from using his jabs since tommy has a phenomenal Jab and wins majority of his fight with that move. The plan worked well and tommy was confused for some rounds but the later changed his plan and played well. 7. I feel like the score card was changed last movement cuz of the excess scribbling on the score card was sus. 8. Regardless after the appeal i think " IT SHOULD BE A DRAW" since it was the worst fight and both the fighters worked hard. but definitely JJ worked hard, sure he has a massive ego!!! but getting robbed( i am not saying he got robbed for a win but he definitely got robbed for a draw) and losing the fight cuz of back judges says a lot. thanks for reading this.. hope you understand what i am saying. have a good day bye.

I'm gonna give Tommy a pass on this tbh. It can't be easy for a professionally trained boxer who's used to sparring with other trained boxers, fighting a Man with an unconventional abnormal style. I actually think that Tommy is a lot better than he's being made to look by fighting with these KZheadrs. KSI showed nothing you'd expect to see from a professional boxer, his stance, his hands, footwork, feints, head movement, jabs, nothing.... Tommy tried to close the ring off the whole fight, KSI threw a Deontay Wilder-esque one-two every time Tommy was on the way in, misses everytime barring once or twice and then just grabbed on until the ref split them so he'd have another chance of the one-two on Tommy's way in again... It wasn't a boxing match as KSI never once looked like he was trying to box, move or do anything at all you'd expect a boxer to do... The kids earning silly money for engaging in these freak shows but he's damaging any chance he had of a career in legitimate professional boxing. Who's training KSI ffs? What is that stance? What is that bouncing up and down on both feet? Where's his defence? Wheres his jab? Head movement? Chin down? Guard? Lateral movement? This ain't boxing.... it's just making a mockery of the sport of boxing.... Thank Eddie Hearn for opening the door to this nonsense by turning Logan Paul and KSI pro initially and schooling them enough for them to continue putting on these clown shows...
