I imma automotive tech for 20 years and I've seen it all and you sir you got mad skills that's one of the best-looking and Design turbocharged working go-karts I've ever seen in my whole life and I'm 40 years old hey what's the computer are you running and what kind of software used to program it is it like a standalone unit you made or I appreciate it can you get some specs on Boost fuel pressure RPM limit air fuel ratio timing

Thank you. I used a Megasquirt II Stand alone ECU I built years ago and TunerStudio for the software. They are pretty reasonably priced if you want to assemble them yourself. It's running ~50psi fuel pressure an 7psi boost. That turbo is a little big for the motor so I swapped it out for a smaller one. Now running at 14psi. Rev limit is set at 6500rpm I believe. Timing is really tame and could use some adjustment.

Just amazing work you did👍👍 your definitely one of very few that actually know how to setup a turbocharger system on a small single cylinder engine , I love it and for the new turbocharger you said your running did you go with the gt15 ?

I put a gx390 on a motorized bike had to upgrade my wheels, tires, and front forks, the thing is wild saving right now for a steering assist so I don’t gotta worry about loosing control hitting a pebble on the road or something.

Do you have a MAP sensor or is the boost compensated with fuel pressure regulator?

I have too much going on right now to replicate this kit. It would probably cost around $2500 for someone to replicate it.
