De Bryne got injured in the first game against Burnley and was out till Jan, his first game coming against Newcastle at St James Park. He would go on to miss another 3 weeks so just shy of 6 months .
In all honesty with De Bruynes talent it should be at least 21 assists in 21 games. One assist a game ia a minimum for him so im not that impressed
At this point of the season, if one team have had 2.5 days off versus another that has just had a week off, then you would expect them to struggle a little.

If everyone's prediction is city to win the league before the league starts then why do people bother giving other teams hope that they have a chance of winning the league. KRB was from GW1 till January and haaland was out for 3 months and still might walk away with the title

Well he came on as a sub and they were marking different as Alvarez was playing up front. As soon as Haaland came on Forest put 3 men on him. Not many strikers can do much when being man marked by 3 opponents every game.
@Anon-Man. If you actually watched the match it’s a perfect example of why most teams sit extremely deep against City to not give Haaland space to actually square up and run at their defenders. Most people who never saw Haaland play for Dortmund or Salzburg do not realize at all that he is one of the most dangerous forwards in open space. The whole idea that he is just a “tap in merchant” is complete nonsense. Forest were pressing forward trying to score and Haaland actually had room in which to play. People like you do not realize at all that teams are making it incredibly difficult for both Alvarez and Haaland to be involved in the game as the 9 because they are constantly sitting so deep and giving them no room in which to operate.
