sensitivity depends on your on personal playstyle im not sure what you mean for jumping high twice? recoil is actually pretty easy in this game compared to others
You jump high twice by getting upgraded vertical jetpack mods.

my favorite is sunil because i was a pathfinder/octane main on apex but ducksyde is going to probably be one of the best in the upcoming season
Which movement is better jumping spam or crouching spam
depends but as of now there is no hip fire recoil when jump spamming also crouch spam sometimes will get you head shotted so
