Hi Mark. Active Power equals Voltage times Current. (P = V * I). In your case, 200Watt/12V = 16.66Amps. Some 18650 Cells allow for +15Amps current draw. This is given by the specs. As a common cell contains 3Ah (3000mAh), five parallel rows of 3 series would make 12.6V fully charge with 15Ah. 15 batteries and a 15s BMS or lesser in parallel would do the job.

For 3S1P (like what is shown on video): 12.6V, 1A For larger packs (with more cells in parallel): 12.6V 2A
