How to Make Sweatpants for a Stuffed Animal!

In this video I give a tutorial on how to make clothes for stuffed animals or teddy bears (aka teddy clothes), specifically sweatpants for a Build-A-Bear. This is a super cozy and fun project for kids (inspired by recent rain in my area)!

I have a question, is there any alternative for the elastic? Cause i found some thin elastic but i cant find any thick elastic

- You can use the thin elastic for the top band too!

This video is excellent. My nephew really wants green trousers for his build-a-bear but they don't have any in the shops so this tutorial has saved the day!

I've tried to make pants and it didn't work out the way I wanted them to look. Lol

Would it be possible to make this pattern narrower to make leggings instead of sweatpants?

- Yes! You’d mainly want to cut a big section out of the middle. Just make sure the fabric is stretchy so they can come on and off while staying tight
