I've been to Ashkelon, the city you were denied entry into the bars in, several times. They denied you entry based on your appearance (you appeared to be not well dressed, you look like an impoverished indian foreigner). The reservations to the bars you went to are often available the same day, and also the same evening (you can verify this on Google Maps if you don't believe me). They normally allow walk-ins, especially when they aren't crowded, as when you went. You should have asked them to speak to the manager, since each place was clearly not crowded in the video. They only allowed you into the dive bar in Tel Aviv since that's the main city and it is more tolerant to tourists.
