  • fun fact: if your ring gets stuck on your finger, even though its supposed to fit, it's because your body temp is pretty warm, which makes your fingers "swollen", so just run it under some cold water or something and your fingers will shrink! It works for me :)!

  • With tough or cracked heels there is a vitamin shortage I did hear that, so to look that up maybe it was B1 or and B6 cant remember. But also. If you tend to get heel dryness after being in the garden, ensure you invest in some packets of the clear gel bandaids, large ones , waterproof - not latex, that you leave on for 48 hours, and put this on before going into the garden plus keep your feet covered In socks and boots to keep the dirt out as much as possible. - 48 hours later take off the bandaid and your skin should be very soft and not dry or cracked. The bandaid remains very sticky and looks like you are peeling skin off - but it isnt - and do that slowly anyhow.
