why doesn't poco heal as much in graveyard shift?

In graveyard shift, everyone heals at a reduced rate. You heal by dealing damage more than from byron, poco super, tara spirit, ect

Using healer strat in graveyard shift is really really bad idea. It's much better if you use long range or thrower with high dps or fast reload speed.
