The cutest female sneezes I've seen is when the woman completely stifles the force and sound of the sneeze, either by practicing a stifling technique or by just pinching the nose shut, and then they make a little high-pitched and somewhat fake "choo" sound afterwards. It's sorta like the sneeze itself is held in and totally silent but then they say "choo" a few seconds later to let everyone know that they sneezed. Maybe it's so they don't look weird. LOL
Those sneezes are definitely adorable sounding. It's up to individual choice, but for a lot of us holding in a sneeze can be pretty painful. My wife can do both, in public she usually manages a cute sneeze but at home she makes the kids jump its so loud, she says its more satisfying and she only sneezes once when she lets go, can be 3 or 4 when she's trying to be polite, do you find that?
