GTA 6 will be 60 fps. Most games release with a performance and fidelity mode, 1080p 60 will be performance mode, 4K 30 will be fidelity on base PS5. PS5 PRO would probably get either 1440p or upscaled 4K 60 fps, and 8K 30 fps. GTA 4, RDR and GTA 5 were on the XB360, obviously games of that scale wouldn't get 60 fps on that hardware.. RDR 2 was pushing the visual limits of the PS4 which is the reason it was 30 fps. GTA 5 only got 60 fps on current gen cause it's a port of the PC version, which the PC version was made on a slightly more powerful version of the GTA 5 engine.

I remember this guy during the gta v hype days and I would watch his videos religiously because I was a dumb kid and didn't know any better, he would post 10 minute "leak" videos only for it to be nothing.
