    • 2 - 3 meters and you can add extra cable if where you want to mount the camera is far from where it can get sun.

    • If the blue light is flashing, open your app and scan the QR code on the camera that is flashing blue light to connect.

    • Check if your SIM card can browse the internet. Insert the SIM card in your phone, on your data. Open opera mini or chrome app, enter any web address and open.

    • No, this camera is a solar powered camera. Connecting it in a way to be watching it in a monitor continuously drains/weakens the batteries and also it will consume a lot of data.

    • They designed it to capture movement, record and save it, then give you notifications through the app on your phone and be in sleep mode if there's no movement in the areas.

    • Go for wired cctv camera if you want a steady monitoring and to be watching from one monitor.

    • No, it's a 4G camera. It uses sim card, loaded with data for connection.

    • Very simple, just take a picture of the QR code and send to the person through WhatsApp. He or she can scan the QR code from his/her phone with another phone. I advice install the camera on your phone and share to your client so that it can be easy for you to know whatever your client may complain in future about the camera. And know the solution to the problem.

    • Okay check the bottom of the camera if there's any foam they use to cover it, remove the foam and check another QR code. Another option is to try to install the camera by selecting the "setup wifi device". Get a router or mifi, select the wifi device option, connect your phone to the external wifi device, connect the camera to the same wifi device. The QR code of the camera will appear on your phone, screenshot it, then go back to install the camera using 4G option and scan the screenshot QR code in your phone. Thanks 👍

    • While connecting the camera to the wifi device, the QR code number of the camera will appear on your phone, screenshot it. That's the QR code erased by rain.

    • It will detect and capture the person. This particular camera doesn't 'auto track' movement. Check my another video of solar camera that uses 'v380 pro' app, it auto track and follow up movement.

    • Yeah, you can choose 4G device setup while installing it. If you want to switch to wifi, you reset the camera and choose wifi device setup.🤝
