- Not only the Nagas that are not paying taxes to the Indian govt but all tribals and other weaker section are not paying taxes. And yes we can pay happily tax to our underground groups if they are working genuinely for the betterment of the Nagas but we ca see/saw they are working only for their own betterment. See the difference. So let’s not support blindly. N see the other neighbouring states they are without underground but they are doing far better than those with underground presence.
