Thank you. I love their boots, but HATE their website ordering process. I'd probably own a half dozen pair by now if it were easier. I'm still haven't managed to order my first pair.

I know customizations add complexity. But it would still be great if there is one option for having a hook at the top instead of an eyelet. Just saying because I have 3 pair with unused eyelets at the top.

I'm not sure why production didn't add a video inset for a visual reference of what Mikey is talking about.
They don't have time to do customizations for people, but they have plenty of time for podcasts, videos with a girl heretofore new to boots telling you how to care for boots, and all this other useless crap. I get it. Marketing. You have time for what's valuable to you. If people's requests aren't valuable to you, you won't make time for them.
These are the same people still masking, just put that in perspective.
