Former Queenpin and BMF Affiliate Brandi Davis Tells Her Life Story (Full Interview)
In this full-length interview, former drug queenpin and BMF affiliate Brandi Davis elaborates on her upbringing as the daughter of an infamous drug dealer from Detroit, Mr. Davis. She also reflects back on the experience of witnessing some of her friend's dads get murdered before detailing an incident in which her house was raided by the feds. Moving along, she details the trouble that she got into as a high school student before detailing how she met the guys from BMF after she relocated to Atlanta. The Detroit native then discusses several of her shared experiences with the members of BMF before sharing her thoughts on the way in which their empire fell shortly after Big Meech and Southwest T were arrested. She then talks about her rise to prominence as a drug dealer in Detroit before detailing the story of how the feds used a close friend of hers to arrest her and her ex-lover, JT.
Lastly, she talks about serving out a nine-year prison sentence, making the transition from prison inmate to working her first "real job" at a car dealership, and the challenges of raising her son after having missed some very significant moments in his life, while she was behind bars.
Lala Anthony's character Markisha Taylor on the BMF TV series is based on Brandi Davis.
I'm confused. Lala's character is linked to T not Magic.
Lala is playing tonesha Welch .
Ohh ok I was bout to say who is she??
This is so good I wish she come out with a movie about her life!
No bro Lala Anthony is playing tonesha Welch
I was incarcerated with Brandy and had the privilege to hear some of her story first hand. She is a very nice lady. It’s so nice to see her doing so well.
My mom was in there too .!! I’m glad to see you all free!

She is obviously physically attractive but, her spirit makes her even more beautiful. After all she went through, she has maintain her childlike innocence and that’s not easy.
They had money. She could have went to college and make her money honestly. They needed lawyers, doctors, and people in law enforcement. They get caught and have to get somebody from the outside to help them. Now, they have nothing. What a waste!!!
Uh she acts like a child talking about selling kilos of cocaine and doesn’t think anything is wrong or illegal about tht and ur goofier for placating this bs
Make no mistake her last name is DAVIS the whole family is gangster 💯. Do the research on the Detroit Davis family
@@davehoward8998 yes the guys in the family were gangsters did u not hear the part when she said she thought selling kilograms of cocaine was less serious than selling on the streets. I don’t normally watch videos in one sitting but Brandi tells a story of strength, betrayal and redemption so well I felt compelled to listen. I applaud her. Her story needs to be told to the young girls who think the game is glamorous. Hell, 50 get her to have a role on BMF… she LIVED it.
Me too! Never watch in first sitting
She’s a charmer! It was beautiful to hear that no man ever impressed her with money & material shit, because her daddy was a present and loving father! ❤
Her story reminds me of “the coldest winter ever”… wouldn’t be a bad idea to film the movie!! That book played a major role in a lot of our childhoods❤
Yep!!! That’s exactly what popped in my head
....I thought about that book too..
Yes love that book
And she pretty just as they explained her❤️💯
Crazy I read that book in prison like 13 years ago and I never thought about it again until when I read your comment it's a very good book have a great day where you are and stay warm
Great interview. She seems so honest. The moral of the story is that "if you can't do the time, don't do the crime". She came through with flying colors. Lesson learned!
This woman is GORGEOUS, INSIDE & out! Her energy is everything! ❤

That's something I try to always remind myself when I'm going thru it. I think that's part of what attracts me to to these interviews and stories. Not to look down on anyone but just to keep my perspective in check. Salute to sis! 💪💯

You can tell she is so intelligent and intellectually smart and educated she learned a lot in life through life experiences .. so glad vlad gave her the platform to speak her story

Nothing like a woman from Detroit. We are the REALEST you’ll ever meet. We’re the same age and the way she describes the city and how it works is 100% honest. I respect the way she doesn’t over dramatize even when he tries to hype her up. Solid woman. 💯

Excellent interview. Soo happy for this young woman!! 💜
I've been a caregiver to 2 different dementia patients. Alot of times they wait for all off their children & loved ones to come say goodbye before they pass. Love hearing her story and seeing how strong she is.
I was the black sheep and also my Grandmothers favorite, when she was in her last days she wouldn’t let go until she seen me, the next day after I went to see her she passed away😢 but she wasn’t leaving until she seen us all.
I believe this 100%. I seen it with both my parents waiting to see all of us before they passed. My mom even held on until my ex husband came to see her and then she died less than a week later. He was the only person she hadn't saw from when she got sick. Then he finally came to see her and then she died. It's crazy to me that they can hold on like that.
I’m rooting for her 💯💯 she’s a good storyteller , I love when she says “WHAT’S CRAZY IS … “ soon as she says that , I just know it’s finna be good

Well, I just wanted to hear about that side of life that I am not aware of, what a story, what betrayal, what hope after devastation.
