  • Re: Oysters - You may need to loosen up the meat from the shell w/ a 'seafood fork', yes they make them. Gently loosen up the meat, add hot sauce & vinegar (my favorite adds) and down the hatch. Some people say to swallow it, but I enjoy the taste so I chew it. Otherwise it's an expensive protein shot. Too expensive a treat to do that.

    • You should chew because 1) health: it makes the enzym in your saliva mix and help digestion 2) taste: is makes it the meat sweeter and is better then salt oyster water with sweet meat? Sometimes someone needs to teach you how to 'properly' develop flavour in your mouth. 3) time: it takes longer so the enjoyable time is much longer. More bang for your bucks 😆
