That advice is perhaps the most basic advice that has been given, and, it's been said by literally thousands of people. Stop acting like Lewis has some sort of existential, unique and meaningful advice when it's been said by thousands of other influential people.

The journey he has been through and the person he has become through all of that is so admirable. When you look at how he was 10 years ago and how he is now, it's like a different person.

@@Redlingstein You proved a fundamental misunderstanding of F1 rules in your comment. The rules were broken by the race director, as the FIA themselves admitted. If the rules were followed Lewis Hamilton was guaranteed to win the championship. That's the entire problem! Never before has the actual governing body of a sport, purposefully broken their OWN RULES 3 times to gift a championship to another driver. It was a farce, a disgrace that destroyed the integrity of F1 as a sport ever since.

I say they, because I stopped watching Formula 1 after that big "cheat". I've been watching since Prost and Senna religiously, but this "fix" was too much for me. Even Schumacher was given black flags and forced to apologize in interview press conference. F1 used to have a heart and a spine. What they did in 2021, before the last race too, was self-destructive. Never again.

Can someone explain why so many people dislike him apparently? He seems like such a soft spoken and kind person. What’s the issue?
Those who hate him are either jealous their favourite F1 driver is nowhere near on the same level as Hamilton in skill and popularity, and/or racist types that cry out when Lewis addresses real world problems they would rather ignore. (But then if another driver says exactly the same things as Lewis they applaud them, and still hate Lewis. The double standards are everywhere when it comes to the treatment of LH by F1and the FIA as organisations and the F1 fanbases.) But those who know F1 properly, know he is the real deal and widely acknowledge him as G.O.A.T. or at least top 2 in the sport's history. :)
