I had a daughter like her ! She did many very bad things to her mom and I ! Yet it was us always and never her and her very bad deeds. We even got professional help, and finally I was freed of the guilt of not being a good dad, and finally realized I COULD NOT FIX HER ! Narcissist people almost always can’t be fixed by professionals. Find peace in saying I love you ,but no longer will I be your victim of guilt !!! Find your PEACE !
I'm very sorry that you had to experience that. I would give anything to have my Dad back (he passed ten years ago). My Mom has also passed but she was very much a narcissist so I feel your pain. She was never wrong and it was always about her schedule, her routine, etc. Glad to hear that you are in a healthier, peaceful phase of your life! Blessings to you and your family.

My mom was diagnosed with end-stage renal failure and I moved back up here, uprooted my life, closed my business, and focused entirely on taking care of her for the past two years. Sadly, she passed away in December 2022 (7 months ago). I miss her everyday, but I’m so glad that I got to spend the last few years of her life with her and hold her hand when she took her last breath. If Meghan had a soul, she would make amends with her father NOW. Instead, she will probably wait until he passes away and then do an interview about how she wishes things could’ve been different between them and how much she loves him and how sad she is that he couldn’t meet her children, and she will place the blame squarely on him. And he will be deceased and unable to defend himself.

I’m presently reading Tom Bower’s book “Revenge” whereby we travel Meaghan’s life so far. If you can’t get any understanding why Meaghan is so hated and called evil, this is the read you need. Sorry, but sometimes parents do unpardonable things. These parents that fall from grace are not exempt from consequences. They think they own you. They think you owe them. They think they can disrespect you because they made you/own you. I don't think so. A parent who disrespects does not get a lifetime pass to hurt you when they feel like it and because they say so. Now what happened to Meghan and dad only they know, but if dad crossed any daughter/father line Meghan has the right to end the relationship. The worse thing I think that you can carry is a parent who keeps c r a p p i n g on you. It's traumatizing up until you stop it. This is supposed to be the only human being in the world to love and protect you UNCONDITIONALLY. I can tell you that no human is big enough to carry that tragedy/trauma. When it happened to me it took tender years before I realized had to mentally cut ties from this parent. I was 13 when I finally gave up on my parent. I was 3 when I had my first memory of this parent not loving me. This parent was brutal in their parenting manners. Only til I mentally cut ties at that age then was able to be free of depression because I came to terms and accepted that this individual did not care for me and I was OKAY with it. BECAUSE MENTALLY I HAD TO. Now I am over 50 and the parent does their thing still and I ignore and live my life without that parent in my life. Any time I can tell people who grieve for a parents love or respect is to stop it and move on. They don't deserve a saddened life because of a parents wish to be jerks. No I don't think so. No one should hold power over another person like that.

As a medical professional, I think that as a young girl, Meghan apparently worshipped her father. However in her gold digging, her alcoholism and drug addictions, she has been transposed as a selfish uncaring human specimen. She has sold her soul for the love of money.

The fact that KC walked her down the aisle to get married when her father was quite capable tells me that she is ashamed of her family. I personally believe that it was Meghan Markle's horrendous treatment toward her father in the months, weeks, and days, if not years, prior to marrying Harry, which caused Thomas Markle's stroke in the first place. For Thomas Markle to watch Prince Charles (that was his title at the time) walk his beloved daughter down the aisle at their Royal wedding from his hospital room, must have been extremely heartbreaking being thousands of miles away. In addition, to have an estranged mother who was away (in drug rehab perhaps, since she was a drug addict?) for more than 3/4 of her life, as the only family member in attendance, along with a whole slew of celebrities she did not know, and who did not know her, was completely ridiculous, and laughable.
Doria wasn't in drug rehab for eight years - she was in prison for fraud.
The fact that Harry has never met the father or her siblings says a lot about the dumb as rocks and puppet Harry

I cried when Mr. Markle asked, "How can I fix this?". It broke my heart to see his desperation, and that ungrateful tramp is totally unaffected by his pleas.
