With me is a Galaxy Chromebook Go and an Asus Vivo Book Windows Laptop. I have been using both laptops for over a year now and I compare Chromebooks and Windows-powered laptops.

I hate microsoft products. Horrible.. Adobe is bloated crap. I see adobe? Delete delete delete! Been using computers since 1992.. bought a macbook pro "wallet dipper" to get away from windoze.. More shitbook.. Looking at chromebook.
Chromebooks can be less expensive than similar performance Windows machines because the OS is lighter and so needs fewer resources. But spec for spec Chromebooks are often more expensive (smaller market?) . Chromebooks need less storage because they are designed to use mainly cloud storage. Chromebooks are often made for school use and so are rugged. Chromebooks can run linux and android apps. So I can use the same android apps on phone and chromebook. Power is not a problem on Chromebooks. But power apps often made for windows. For me the biggest limitation is that Chromebooks cannot run MS Offfice, in particular MS Access,
