I was scared when I saw him throwing up the green pigments, I didn't think he was going to make it. The look of gratefulness on his face at the end was worth the watch now. I'm so glad he is safe! Good bless these people who care so deeply for the animals!

Same thoughts here, TehKitteh01. I didn't want to watch as I feared the worst. I am really surprised the paint came off and his internal organs are back to nearly normal. Kudos to the doctor and the everyone who help capture the poor thing.

My family ended up with a cat that had been covered with tar and we kept it long after the tar was gone so this video brought tears to my eyes.

I still wonder if the cat just sat in by mistake and didn't realize it was a bad thing before it was too late. They did make a good point though: Head submerged but a whole area on the back wasn't... that I find hard to explain.

This cat is not Feral, he is a tame kitty. I hope someone will adopt him. Thank you for all your hard work to save him, (hope that Calico that first went into the trap gets TNR'd (trapped/fixed and put back)
That cat is definitely feral. It's scared of humans and it has never been around any since it's a street cat. Don't spread misinformation please. People would approach feral cats and get hurt.
I've been with a Feral Cat rescue organization for over 20 years, There isn't a Feral cat on the planet that would not be hissing while in the cage, you usually have to keep them covered for your protection and theres. And for the Vet to be wiping the cat off and then scrubbing him in WATER, the cat was not knocked out. He looked alert. He would be considered a stray, as he was probably somebody's pet at one time and then dumped. And telling people not to approach feral cats, that is incorrect and ridiculous. No one is going to get hurt from a Feral Cat, as the cat will run away, or stay hidden during the day and only come out when its dark. I'm telling people if they see a stray cat, feed it. Find an organization to TNR it and put it back and then feed it. They are great for the environment. Do you want Cats or Rats? @@alexgade4512

Little kitty I'm so happy he lived and looks so healthy now, such a relief to see him cleaning himself and his fur is healthy now. So grateful the Vet and caring people gave him medicine to clean the toxins from his system and you can see how happy he looks! Precious kitty was saved by kind people

She was crying when she talked to and about him. You can tell she was really worried over him. I'm glad he's doing better and hopefully he will get adopted and off the streets so nothing like this will happen again.

If you saw a cat swim, you'd see she has her head out and her neck, even the back, is wet/under the water. She had a dry neck, which means someone probably picked her up by her scruff and dipped her body and head in it, leaving the neck dry.
Thank you Doctor, I wish you were here to help get laws changed. They are changing slowly. But with your help maybe they would a little faster. You and the Kritter Club, care so much about the animals. There is no organization here that seems to care as much as you do. They would not spend the time as you. Estas personas además son bellas por dentro, UF, Que Dios los bendiga y les de salud para seguir curando estas almas mas pequeñas. No paren, no descansen , cada ser humano que hace algo bueno ,ilumina este planeta de amor y esperanza, gracias por existir, un abrazo a quienes donan dímero para estas causas, a los rescatistas, a los voluntarios, veterinarios y padres adoptivos de estos animalitos, todo mi amor para uds. Despite the abuse by humans,these animals are so responsive to the rescuers. It's not only a miracle but also shows how well these guys treat the animals and restore their faith in humanity
