Miner still can be useful in some decks but mother witch is just unplayabled
Miner can be used tank for something or something tank for it so it can do some decent chip damage but mother witch needs a very specific matchup against and it still only barely gets any value because witch is better for swarms while night witch is better for single targets which leaves mother witch in a very bad third

I did the challenge for mother witch when she came out. It was brutal just mega knight cycles at level 9... I got it but it was not worth it.
The usefulness of the mother witch depends on what your opponent is playing, which is why its so bad. A good fix would be for it to seek out enemy troops with lower health
