I am an NC State fan … they were very eloquent and well spoken in their loss. They took their licks with class. Well done coach and players!
Well the NC coach knew why they lost, Kim Mulkey doesn’t, she no coach, I hope what the NC coach said and hoping it wasn’t excuses just stating facts not excuses.
Umm hine advantage wasn't a factor in the loss. SC just did what SC has been doing but turned it up early. It was a slaughter but NC handled it much better than LSU.
She looks eerily similar to that Tennessee coach.

No excuse for UNC to not be a threat in football or women’s basketball. Get coaches in there that can get the job done. All I ever hear is excuses.
Yea Carolinas should be at the top of every list, especially basketball.
Did is game cost the team chance at Sarah Strong, we’ll soon find out. I appreciate the fact the north Carolina coach and team said the right things in the lost, no LSU act of crying and just bad talking of everything when they lose. Good luck next year, they are a great team.
Deja has transfer portal vibes in this postgame interview. I won't be surprised if she leaves UNC this spring/summer.

@@DUCEDP05 I think folks forget that the WNBA has only 12 teams whereas the NBA has 30 teams plus there are 30 G League teams, 28 of which are tied to NBA teams, so… there are far fewer positions available for women collegiate players to get. Once the WNBA expands to many more teams most female collegiate players will have to go overseas.
@DUCEDP05 I hope you are right, she's a fierce competitor and she can score. If she goes to the W they are going to want her to play point at her height. I think SC exposed her when it comes to managing the ball and recognizing when the double team is on her, I think she lacks that plus an ability to break it or find the open player. 7 points and 6 turnovers due to some pressure defense won't cut it. This is a minute point but the way she played was crazy. When a defender had a hand on her she would slap it away and at one point she tried to throw an elbow at Fulwiley, it just missed. That's cool if you're playing pick-up ball, but unless you are a franchise player the likelihood of you being traded in the W is always there... you'll end up playing with some of the same ppl you compete with and ppl tend to remember those type of things. And she was afraid to guard Fulwiley once she kept searing her face with 3's lol

First I am a UNC fan--all sports and men/women. This is one of the worst performances I ever saw of a UNC team. This just didn't show up. Sad.
Deja, you may need to come back next year to get ready and if you could cut down on the tiki toks you could be more successful.

@@choncyterry5374 she can’t do what other people do…if you’re on tik tic, you’re not training, studying, eating right, working on that flat jumper or free throws. Myou can’t let a freshman freeze you like that and think you’re coming out of the league. Nobody wants to watch you copy Angel if you can’t win….
Coach, they beat you at your home and you were blown out today. You could have had 5 point guards, you were not winning this game. You need more talent.
I think they know that, they took this lost like a good team they are. In my opinion South Carolina could have beaten any team this day.

Fr lol, it was the crowd... it was the refs... our team was tired... they was targeting Kelly. Everything except for 'I got out coached.' You know they pack out their arena, you know they have a deep bench, you should know they're gonna try to neutralize your main scorers. And if the refs aren't calling fouls, tell your team to get more physical. Her players took way more accountability than she did.
@@irongroot7914 SCs biggest threat is themselves, in my opinion.
@@neetrabtheir biggest threat was LSU earlier this season and TN a couple wks ago after losing a 16 point lead and ultimately winning with a prayer 3! This team isn’t invincible, and will be challenged by 1 or 2 remaining teams in tournament. They’re in the weakest bracket, so mostly butter for them. NC should be ashamed of themselves for that performance, no excuse!!
@@Tiger4life1965they beat themselves , you said it yourself they were up by 23 actually , if they continue to play disciplined it’s a blowout . No one can beat them when they’re playing their best ball
. . . there's only ONE . . . 'Carolina' is the southern school, North Carolina is the more northern school. Actually, it's all the same geo-centric area, same people, and life styles, schools similar, athletics very competitive . . . sometimes they win, sometimes 'Carolina' wins . . . like yesterday. 😊
