1. 6 Exercises for 3 sets each. 4 in Straight sets and 2 as supersets.
2. 3 Sets of Each exercise with cardio between sets
3. 30 sec on // 10 sec off // 20 sec on // 15 sec off

  • how do you build real muscle with weight cardio? and how is this HIIT? in the army when we did HIIT we were out of breath, that's real high intensity interval training. this is just weight training with cardio.
