watching this video felt like getting a massage! you are so talented!
thank you! glad you enjoyed!
normally you don't tell the internet how you supposedly feel lol but true. I came here in part to build a glass door. Also asked my local Christian church to put in a new one but apparently they don't require since structure is hundreds of years old.
Thank you for allowing me to watch you create, with no words to distract ❤
Thank you very much for this nice video. After watching many videos of stained glass art, Its the first time I truly learn the whole process!
I’m glad you enjoyed!
I’ve never used my cricut to cut my pattern out- it would make my life so much easier, beautiful work-thanks for this!
This was so peaceful and so Asmr! Loved it
I enjoyed this video so much and love the copper foiling effect, I hoped it will stay this way 😄 but still, it's beautiful!

It looks so magical for me. Ihope one day ill try. I am not religious.. But every time I see vitrage windous... I am just standing and looking at this magic
what setting do you use on your Cricut?
Amazing!!!!!!!! 🤩
Thank you!
Today I learned how to cut glass. Now I’ve got my copper, soldering tools, lead, and some glass in my shopping cart at Amazon, and last but not least, subscribed to Amaya Jades KZhead channel! I’m ready to learn stained glass! lol 😊
Can there be space between the pieces when soldering?
I have a couple questions about glass cutting i saw this amd i really wanna try could we talk.
I'm curious why you leave a "border" of glass around the pattern pieces. Doesn't it create more grinding work for you?
It’s not intentional but I’ve gotten a lot better at cutting since making this piece!
@AmayaJade there are still some deep curves I just don't cut on opalescent glass. Too many breaks for me, so I use a ring saw to cut bulk away before I finish grinding
@@dawnchesbro4189 a ring saw would make it so much easier!
Yes that explains how the pieces fit so well. How do you get the pattern on to the sticky paper ?
You are correct and But she is not showing grinding process in sequence .. video is not complete 😭
Where to buy these glasses
how did you get the pattern onto the adhesive paper? also, did you use a grinder before foiling? Very relaxing video to watch.
I grind the glass before foiling and I print my patterns on sticker paper!
How did you do those smaller pieces?! Do you use your hands still or do you use a tool to hold the smaller pieces while you grind? I love your videos and I love this channel! It's so peaceful and when I get more space I hope to have working area to do stained glass art as well.
Thank you! I just use my hands but I also wear gloves & it kind of helps to hold the smaller pieces!
I did not see the glass grinding part. Did you skip it ? Very good video, you make it seem so easy.
I didn’t skip it I just lost the video of it, but I’ll show it in my next one!
Hi I'm sorry maybe I haven't watched enough of your videos yet... but what kind of cricut and paper do you use for your stencils? This looks sooo much easier to do then just cutting the pattern and trying to trace it lol. Any help is appreciated for a novice like me!
I use the cricut explore air 2 & the paper is the matte weatherproof sticker paper from online labels! 😊
Did you receive an answer regarding the stencil
What do you use for a grinder? Do you have a fancy one?
I just got a basic one from Amazon! It’s linked in the description!
How is the glass tube staying in place? Did you attach wire at the bottom?
Yes, there’s wire at the bottom too!
How do you get Cricut to cut the solder lines? Mine cuts but leaves the black edges.
I import the png of my pattern into cricut so it’s just the lines and that’s what the cricut cuts out.
how can i leave the copper colour even after joining the pieces together?
Copper patina can be applied after!
Why didn't you show the glass grinding? What do you use to grind the glass?
I show it in my other videos! I just lost the footage for this one
❤❤❤❤
Krásné 😊😊😊
Thank you! ☺️
❤❤❤❤❤❤
you do not patina your product. Doesn't it oxidize without patina? and what do you use as an antioxidant? Thank you
Lead will oxidize overtime naturally but cleaning it thoroughly with dish soap & then applying wax will help!
Amo, vitraiss obrigado bom dia gostei belizimo
why would you skip the grinding step...it is critical to shaping the pieces to fit your pattern?
I didn’t skip it I just didn’t have any of that footage to include. You can watch my newest video and see it there!
Ok
Whoah, that was too fast. I had to slow it down to 50-75% (first time seeing this process). And how do you keep your nails so nice? Haha, mine would be shredded.
Please wear some protective gloves while working with glass chunks. You have beautiful hands protect it sweetie ♥️
Ich dachte, da kommt eine Kerze oder Lampe hinter den Sonnenuntergang
You totally skipped the grinding process!!!
I filmed some of it but the videos got deleted lol!
A gdzie szlifowanie?😂😂😂😂
In my other videos!
You are very talented and skilled❤ However, please leave a disclaimer in bold letters on the shots where you were cutting the glass. Please mention that Children should not try this at home😢 Because they can hurt themselves. You too also take care😊
This is way too triggering for me... Lead poisoning...
As long as you take safety precautions it’s alright!
Sorry but if you won't talk I don't watch.
