Great...this is what we need in Indian football.... passion's discussion
Wow, what a discussion😢💔
Thanks dada ❤ ese Desh ki football ko leke sabko milake discuss karne k liye 🇮🇳 Jai Bharat
I believe if you make good quality coaching education programs accessible to people, our football growth will be immense. The more quality coaches we have, the more better the quality of players we will get as they will teach them proper tactics and techniques. If the courses remain so costly, we won't have many coaches in the country. Plus, the government should make physical education as a compulsory subject from class 1 onwards and all the fundamental things should be taught for every sport. If their is proper examination, students and parents will take it seriously.
It's a very valid point that people involved in football should be educated in football enough. The game is evolving at a rapid pace. After watching Maidaan I realised why Rahim was able to create strategies and gameplay is cause of his deep knowledge.
I love this discussion.
This is hard breaking man!!!
Great initiative Brother ,Small step can bring a great change spontaneously. What a great session .
Great work keep doing this type of podcast❤
Omg!!! Last time i commented about channel name change and you did it bro😅 Well done....its a good name... Let these discussions continue and don't forget to make shorts.... 👌👌👏👏🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝
This is a great discussion about Indian football. I hope we take out key points from this discussion. Especially the points raised by Ranjit have a pointers on issues and very clear actions points with suggestions. These points should be presented at an higher level and let them take actions
i think you should only bring 2 or 3 guests at a time because it seems not everyone gets the chance to express themselves
Good discussion upload on short part video and shorts regularly like beer bicep
I listen all football Podcaste . Keep it up. I also interest .
I think shaji should answer why had he given Igor the contract like that in which you can not sack him on the basis of performance?
Discussion on Indian football is necessary but implementing this is more important in Indian football. So far we know funds for running football is enough in comparative others asian country. We have witnessed that how other countries have shown the quality of game in W/C qualifier and AFC championship. We need an honest and real prospective minded football lovers who can bring back Indian glorious day.
1. Develop football culture in all states by organising local leagues and tournaments. This will raise intetest in people 2. When interest rises, people will start looking at indian football team matches and see how bad its doing 3. Embarass the indian team, curse Aiff, criticise them, abuse them, abuse the government for ignoring football and destroying it just for the sake of politics. 4. Hope that good players emerge from the local leagues. Prioritise national team more than isl. 5. Have the mainstream media show as much about football as they do about cricket. Then only there will be awareness. And maybe we will improve
Just like finding Indian fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah, It will take Indian sports overall time before the skill, fitness and physical nature required to suceed will to come together. The Indian soccer players in 1960s were physically stronger but the other soccer players all around the world plus the Asian's improved and India remained stagnant in the area of fitness and strength Physically fit players make not have the skills and such differences for all 11 players will time to evolve just like the Indian fast bowling needs. Nobody imagined that India will produce a Jasprit Bumrah
Main kalpit hai all AIFF community, jab Japan, South Korea, England jaise India main Football Fedaration tyar hoga, jab football federation se bekar log niklenge tab India ki football badlega 🇮🇳 Jai hind
Where is our sports journalist asking difficult questions to our coach and players. They should go and ask each and every player about the Afganistan game.
Please bring podcast with every isl club owner to make isl india league not fsdl?? Pleaseeee Pleasee Pleasee Pleasee
More podcasts like this are needed so that more interest in Indian football arises among the youth❤️🩹
I think when India becomes a Developed nation we will play in the FIFA World Cup, though both are unlikely to happen even in the upcoming 5 decades.
Please make shorts and short videos out of this video and post them individually
Can Aiff break their contract with fsdl ?
Yes they can
??
Yea but who gonna support ISL ? Rn we don’t have enough money for whole India, we need private players
Why don't indian government support AIFF so that they can run their domestic league on their own ?
Yes
Good work bro... Time needed But video is too long.. Sabhi ko ek sath jodne ki jarurat nhi thi
need more teams in i league 2 at least 20 teams
Main Politics in Indian football
I hope AIFF and FSDL along with Fifa and all the Stakeholders and with the help of corporates and government that is the state and central government will develop football all over India not leaving any corner of India in all the States and union territories of India including even the islands Andaman and Nicobar and Lakshadweep by scouting and developing football players both boys and girls from all over India not leaving any corner of India from all the States and union territories of India including even the islands Andaman and Nicobar and Lakshadweep right from the young age of u5 till the senior level right from the golden baby leagues followed by youth leagues and then the elite level leagues and then the senior level leagues and this system should be followed in both boys and girls football a system like this will surely develop Indian football and India can have great future in footballing world in both boys and girls football in years to come this system will surely develop Indian football players both boys and girls football players and this will help Indian football both boys and girls football and India can have great future in footballing world in both boys and girls football in years to come i hope everyone involved in Indian football follow this system so that Indian football gets developed both boys and girls football and India can have great future in footballing world in both boys and girls football in years to come.
India plays Cricket, Hockey, Badminton and Table Tennis as compared to Track and Field, Soccer, Tennes

Every Indian football fan should watch this podcast....these things are not known to common people...fans should know the detailed reality and ask right que to stakeholders...we will be there one day 🇮🇳⚽❣️🥲

What hell Isfac Ahmed will develop to u 16,why not foreign coach at grassroot.
I wish you brought in 2 guests at a time, so that everyone can express their opinions on time and also there will be more episodes
There are various politics happening in Indian football. We need to understand India isn't inherently a football playing nation. Only few states are passionate about it. So instead of picking up players from those states they are picking up players from states where they don't even care about football... Plus footballers like Sunil chetri who have passed their prime are still dragging on. I would have understood if he was at the level of Ronaldo or Ibrahimovic. They are built differently in terms of physicality. Take more players from Bengal, Goa and Kerala and you would see the difference...
First of all we need to be like Australia give chance with football and cricket
😔
The only way forward is to privatise everything….. you cannot replace chumps with chump .
Democracy😂😂😂 khatm ho jayegi guru.
fsdl reliance has looted money tbh
India plays Cricket, Hockey, Badminton and Table Tennis as compared to Track and Field, Rugby, Soccer, Tennis, Cycling and swimming. The main reason is strength, fitness and physical nature of the sport. India survived in cricket because of spinners and it took them 70 years to start seeing players like Bumrah, Shami and Siraj. With newcomers like M Yadav and Ashwadeep it should be able to fix the problem with fast bowlers where IPL leagues provide the need for higher fitness level as well as the skill set needed To solve this problem is Bikram Yoga. It is high Temperature or Hot Yoga to raise the fitness levels and bodies flexibility
What is wrong with nabab bhattacharya...there is a limit to negativity ..wherever he speaks he is always complaining....if you always complain how will you get the time to think constructively
He’s perfect in his Points …
He's right , Indian football is pathetic and we're all frustrated, no use in being sweet and falsely positive when we can't even play 3 passes against Afghanistan C team
He invested a lot in football teams, chose the wrong team and became bankrupt
Because he works in grassroot level and experienced these hardships first hand. His contribution in nurturing India's grassroots level talent is immense. And he did this job selflessly without much monetary support. So, he's saying these things out of frustration.
