  • Vert Shock is a total game changer! I went from barely touching the rim to throwing down dunks in just a few weeks. You can find it here while it's still available: kzhead.info/sun/i7eweMeQp6l6Y6c/bejne.html To anyone who wants to increase his vertical jump as well: - Maintain a balanced diet rich in protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats to fuel your workouts and support muscle growth and recovery. Stay hydrated to optimize performance and prevent fatigue. - Consistency is key to seeing progress. Stick to a regular workout routine and gradually increase the intensity and difficulty of your exercises over time. - Set specific, measurable goals for your vertical jump improvement to keep yourself motivated and track your progress. See you guys when you reached your vertical jump goals!

And when young guys get some traumas and pain, they can't understand what's wrong. Because all their favorite bloggers look like forever healthy and young. It's important to spread the message about injuries and how you are coping with that.

  • Congrats on your progress 👍 This got me thinking about individual progress and success. It's about how we view progress for ourselves not basing it off of benchmarks of sorts set by other people. Everyone is different and we should all set challenging, but realistic goals. How big of a step you take isn't that important as long as you're taking steps. Best done gradually. A big step for one individual can be small for another.
