He did nothing to change laws about what does and doesn't qualify for asylum under US law. That's not true at all VA Healthcare Centers. I receive excellent care at mine. My doctor is so thorough. He has put in numerous consults for me while under his care, so much that it's hard to keep up with all the appointments. It also helps to have an outstanding Hospital Director, which we have. Our patient surveys have skyrocketed. You should complain to your congressman/woman if you're having that much trouble. Or the IG.
