  • Ego is not an enemy. It is part of ourselves, and we should not fight with ourselves. Its better to say, that we need to master control of ego, but keep it in respect and love - its still our piece:) bless You all!

  • I’ve allowed my ego to get in the way of my relationships which ultimately destroyed them. I was loving and becoming attached to my partners not with my heart, but with my ego. I’m wide awake today. I know for a fact that as long as I can get rid of my ego, I can truly love someone for who they are and not for what I can gain from them. Man this has been a tough pill to swallow

  • Ever noticed that a lack of sleep supercharged the ego chatter... but early nights and quality sleep silences the ego? Finally realising this after staying up till 3am most of my life. When we sleep we connect back to source, when we don't sleep ego takes over the body avd mind

  • Ego is not the Enemy. It can appear to be, I know. But see it like this: Ego is your greatest teacher and the transformation takes on a whole new way of looking at our selves. Ego is just a data-code, if you like, in a dream world. No enemies needed. Peace

  • Perceiving the ego from a stance of disassociation is still ego.

  • I struggle with my ego. I just really allowed myself to accept that, and today is the first day i am seeking guidance on how to progress to the next step of my growth. I like to maintain control in all things, and will completely isolate myself from situations/people/groups i can't control. Right now my biggest focus is being a team player at work instead of the lone wolf. It feels terrifying to trust and open up energetically - i just have never done it.

  • God hasn’t forgotten about you. Even if you’ve lived your whole life separate from Him he still LOVES you. Please pray and let Him in, just chat with Him.

  • I wanna say that I have watched 8 videos already and I have enjoyed everyone of them and it's bringing me bk slowly and I'm most grateful for it to have reminded me of my path and help me realize that being alone and in loads of silence is truly ok to continue on with faith and great vision and never quit and my purpose will be filled within its own time. This video has helped me most by knowing I have gain control of my reactions and remain in silence to keep the peace and I pray I keep this going and continue to find peace. Namaste❤

  • Yes, everyone healing journey is unique. I believe we are heading to the same destination which is “The Self.” However, we have to take our individual journey there. For me I was my worst energy. I had to heal the enemy within and set it free with compassion in order release resistance. so I truly believe this. Thank you!

  • I have been told for years that my gift of change and the way I could flow from one situation to another was a bad thing and that without being sent from constant I was not being authentic and was not capable of getting to know myself not taking a deeper look if possible tools to accomplish such a thing I've now learned that they were asking you to limit myself they were asking me to fit into the fold rather than accepting my authentic self. The only time I suffer self-doubt and emotional peaks and valleys is when I'm trying to be stationary. So instead of changing myself I only need to accept myself I've learned a lot here so far thank you

  • I love how you say become what you wish to see in the world. Belief in worthiness of self is power and how we allow to let the insult fuels us is entirely up to us. I always watch your videos til the end and have learned so much on my thought process. Thank you! ❤
