This house had some nice surprises. The range hood (extractor fan) was totally unexpected, the little shelf under the kitchen sink is handy, the electrical closet by the front door is smart, and the circular flow of the main floor is great. Nice tour, guys! Thank you!

I don’t like the utility and toilet combo room. I’m surprised there are not more baths in the homes 🛀 I do like the glam station 💄 Nice decorating ideas. Nice job as always!

Where are people putting their tumble dryer in these? It doesn't look like it would fit in the downstairs loo/utility.
What are your thoughts on build quality between Redrow, Taylor Wimpey and Bellway?
Lovely house! I would have put a shower in the downstairs utility/toilet instead, don’t like the combination of utility & toilet.

Rude and uncalled for.
The house although very nice a few things that l wouldn't go for. The sitting room a good size but the doors into the kitchen/dining room take a whole wall. In that space a large sofa would go. This would allow the dining table to be moved further up the room the sofa l could take or leave. The kitchen fixtures were wonderful but the white finish, looked a little rental than high end. The utility was space well used but would you really want to hang coats after curry night. Upstairs really nice the bathrooms were not the largest but functional. Overall a nice house but didn't match Redrow for fixtures and quality of finish. If you ever have chance to look at a Jones Homes development do, they are building near us price range £299K - £550K beautiful houses. Keep safe..
Have Taylor Wimpey ever heard of simple things like Fire Regulations where you must provide a safe fire escape route from the upper floors

It would be better to have the boiler at the other end of the counter I the empty space.
Why have the fridge so close to the oven? That can't be good for the fridge freezer surely?
I’ve worked on TW sites, trust me, they use the cheapest materials available and serious faults are overlooked in favour of production targets. They’re a shambles.

Were you paid for this as there was not a single negative comment so it comes across as very biased. Can't believe how small and cramped this home is. No front garden, utility room merged with downstairs toilet to steal space, nowhere for coats. Can't believe you tried to describe the awful kitchen void as a feature. What are you on?
