  • For anyone who watches this and feels bad that there day with a baby isn’t this smoothe lol please don’t worry. Honestly It’s completely normal for babies to not sleep/not have a set routine, have no time hands free. My girl is 20 months old has still never slept through the night and still never wants me to put her down and is attached to the boob. Everyones experience is different, I mean I watch this video shocked as my girl was colicky and cried for 10 hours a day for the first few months, so my newborn days looked absolutely nothing like the videos lol. I barely had time to go to the toilet never mind going for a workout or cleaning my house. Just try enjoy the cuddles for the young because trust me it goes farrrrr too fast. X

Now my twins are now almost 6 and I have an almost 2 year old with a baby on the way!!! I know you've heard it before but.... Enjoy those quiet moments momma! They are so dang fleeting!!! 🤍🤍🤍

  • Haha. Awesome video. But I am looking at it, thinking, my 2 months old baby boy barely sleeps during the day, maybe like 2 hours alltogether divided into many 10 to 15 minute contact naps during the day, I have a 7 year old to look after and a husband who is used to having 2 home cooked meals a day and isn't ready to give up on those. So this routine seems absolutely unreal and impossible to me. Eventhough it was very calming to watch and listen to🤭🤗 I don't have any time whatsoever to do my makeup or exercise, even using a bathroom is a challenge. Its nice to see that there are some moms who can actually enjoy having a newborn 😀

    • Do you tire your baby out during the day? Playing with them tummy time talking things like that? Because my baby takes three3 to 4 hour naps a day starting from 8 AM down to 7 which is the last nap.

    • @@ebonypinson6480 well, he is 8 months now and still barely sleeps during the day or at night. To.answer your question, yes I did always tire my baby out and as he is very active since birth and at the moment already walking around the furniture the past 2 months, one would expect him to be exhausted, but no hes not... the only thing that gets him to have a nap is a walk in a pram now. And he only sleeps with me at night. But I now have some time to myself so all good😊

  • Thank you so much for sharing this video, I was very tired during the day trying to cope with my daughter's naps as she seemed very tired and cranky after every feed. Basically everyone at home was on duty trying to calm her down when she looked tired and no one could achieve anything during the day apart from cuddling her to sleep. I checked out your routines for 2 months and 3 months old and I followed your guidance and schedules (especially swaddling her), and to my surprise, it works!!!! Now she is having proper naps, and on her own. She is resting so well and wakes up happy and smiling that it melts my heart 💖, now we are missing her crying for some reason, and I can't believe that I was able to have a shower, get dressed, put makeup on and have a proper breakfast, yaayyyy hahahaha. Thank you for sharing your ideas and routine, very kind of you. I've learned that discipline is everything with a newborn! Blessings

He’s always crying, even when he’s not hungry or tired or gassy or sleepy . It’s just constant crying and he’s only 5 weeks. He’s a big baby, he looks like around 2/3 months everyone says lol he’s developed very quickly. His dad is 6’4. I don’t know if this could be why maybe he needs more stimulation but it’s HARD out here lol

My 2mo old fusses for seconds before going into a full rage cry when I separate him from my chest even to put him down in our mamaroo, or swing, or even his dads arms. I wish I had time to do more than one thing during my guy's nap times. It usually comes down to pumping or eating for me. But i cant imagine a workout & a shower. Lucky mama.

    • For you, she's not trying to get anyone to do the same. It's obviously working for her.

  • Sorry, but I do agree with other comments, this is very unrealistic. Notice how the baby doesn't even cry when hungry but waits patiently till changed and dressed. This amount of self discipline is neurologically impossible for a 2 months old.

    • The baby is clearly on a routine. That her mom is carefully laid out. You can sleep train and and feed train a baby. I have a two month old right now. Sometimes he has his very calm days where I can get a lot done he naps. He keeps himself busy on his back, but there is some days that are struggle and I have to hold him pretty much all day. It just depends. Her routine of waking her baby before she wakes up ravished may be what’s helping her be calm because her needs are met before she even has them. Makes sense to me.
