  • As a proud Sicilian American I now know why my grandparents always said that Italy and Sicily was so beautiful that if they could make a living there they never would have left. In 1900 the poverty in Sicily was profound. Even my grandfathers vineyards in Alcamo (still family owned) had a severe drought and he was forced to leave and come to America. His three brothers descendants now run this award winning vinyard

  • 2001 I was Blessed to go to this Magnificent place, and I tell you the truth, it was the closet the to Heaven on earth everything ,the food & wine, the people, the Lemons on the tree, and being served a fresh glass of orange juice at breakfast at pool side, where the waiter takes oranges directly off the tree, wow now that's fresh squeezed,So fast forward 2006,we go back again same places, because of our amazing time the first time,Ive traveled quite a bit in the US, but never experienced the level of customer service, everywhere we went, 5 star, and the weather was absolutely gorgeous on both trips, it was like we had never left the first time, even some of the staff from the first trip remembered us 5 years later, talk about amazing, we started out in Naples,drove to saint Angelo,sailed to Capri ate at an awesome restaurant there, then on to Ravello,positano,and Amalfi,to the church Duomo,and dinner, and then amazing Gelato,in the town.I Love Italy ***
