Solid work. Big Boy can throw his weight around a little bit, but it don’t matter if he can’t throw enough or have the cardio to make it count. He gots to get down to something more appropriate. Good work keeping the sparring down to the proper level Ree Moo. When he went too hard you went hard back, but you always brought it back down. That’s control, that’s respect.

@@bastos3237 Honestly people just starting out should have at least like 6 months of training before sparring. If you get in there and don't even know how to hit someone with even a jab then you'll either get discouraged or hurt depending on your sparring partner.
