I love that The Crown didn't portray Charles as a villain but rather very neutral since people don't know the whole story and Season 5 brings the positive sides sometimes. Season 3 we get to understand his perspective on being Prince of Wales and his first lovelife with Camilla.
No one glamorizes that calamity of a man… and his selfishness
Why would you love that? Neutral when it comes to an awful person?
@@mightytaiger3000 Because of how the media portrays him, they completely ignore those he did right like The Prince's Trust and being a parent to William and Harry .
Also just watched s6, they didn't make Diana and Charles distant but to keep being friends for the sake of their children, and his sympathy for Diana's death
All of us drooling over this Charles 😂
Such a handsome man! He did great on the show!
Did a great job portraying a rather unlikeable person by most accounts
The only people who find him unllikable are the diana fan club. Even Diana considered him a friend before she died.
Charles is actually a very caring and lovely man. If people took of the Diana blinders they’d see he’s been very misunderstood and unfairly criticized for a long time.
@@graphiquejack its the fact that he did'nt treat her right. You werent able to marry the love of your life? fine. you were forced to marry a woman more royally suited? fine. you had a love bracelet made for your affair partner a day before your wedding? i'll give a pass here. but then it is also the fact that he knwingly brought a naive 19 year old diana into his life almost so that she'll be nonthe wiser about his affairs and pretend to be the perfect royal wife for everyone else, ignoring her mental health and everything. So yes, by all accounts he is an unlikable person
So true, Josh is so much more attractive and talented than Charles
@@theartvoyagerwhile I agree, keep in mind that ‘The Crown’ is a drama series, so take certain scenes with a pinch of salt, no one actually knows what was said behind closed doors. It’s a lot of speculation mixed in with press releases of the times
He needs to be James Bond, a gentleman secret agent.
He is a brilliant actor! His Larry Durrel and his Charles are absolutely perfect
He is one of the most adorable and hot men I’ve ever seen. Adorable AND Hot at the same time. He’s got big ears too, I love big ears
I agree, i might've had a major crush on him. Cute and hot at the same time 😁
Josh comes across so well spoken and very likeable. He was the best Charles.
When you speak. Speak as if every word you say hurts your soul.
I’m gonna start saying ears instead of yes
He is so CUTE!! 🥰
He did an excellent job.
so gorgeous
He was the best
They couldn’t have casted a better person for the role 🤩
Great
I can't take him seriously after Emma.
Watch God’s Own Country. Woof!
The Crown did Prince Charles a major favor casting this handsome and charming man to play him cause the real Charles... Not so much.
🤣
He is so sexy
He look like Ayrton Senna
But what’s with the evangelist type yelling?? We can hear you just fine. If we can’t, we can turn up the volume. You don’t need to yell.
is his accent rp?
Charles or Josh? Josh, yes he does. Charles, it’s complex. He does have an RP accent in a sense. A very dated one with Germanic influences. The royals just have unique accents in general, but in short they have RP accents too
He did a poor job of Prince Charles.
It wasn't so much a poor job as it was an upgrade
Hate it. He sounded like Stewie from Family Guy
Don’t be rude.
On the one hand, Stewie's accent is supposed to be an RP accent. But on the other hand, Stewie and Josh don't sound anything like eachother.
Ouch! 😂😂😂
So what must we do now? Mxm
