Sorry, I meant James Coburn, not Bruce Coburn..
Hey Jordan. I just wanted to ask if I could turn you and maybe a few others as well onto Kevin James channel. I really think you would have an appreciation for what he's putting out. Man. Phenomenal. Of course thank you too for all your great content.
JORDAN!!!! YOU ARE CLOSE TO MY PLACE!!!! SWING BY!!!!!
I was going to correct you 😄! Great video.
Their deaths were NO accident. Bruce was taken out by the chinese mafia for sharing the martial arts he knew with the western world, Brandon was murdererd to fulfill the curse by these same mafia people. Steve Mcqueen was one of Bruce Lees best friends. I have the same bday as Steve Mcqueen
Triads are Japanese gangs not Chinese.
I'll never forget the day that Brandon died. My daughter who was just about to turn 3 at the time, got very sick and had to be taken to her pediatrician. She was so sick that her doctor sent her over to the hospital to be admitted, when we got there we saw all the news trucks and lots of police. Once inside we soon found out that it was the actor Brandon Lee and he had been shot it was like a madhouse in the emergency room. It's hard to believe that my daughter just turned 30 last week but his death seems like just yesterday. Great vlog Jordan thank you
27 years ago! I just can't believe it.
OMG thank for sharing
Back in the mid 80's my friends & I were at the now closed Dolores's in West LA by the Nuart when John Saxon came in & spent a few minutes talking with us about Bruce Lee & Enter The Dragon. That was cool of him. RIP.
We went to Seattle Washington in 1978 and stayed the night before crossing by ferry to Buchart Gardens on Victoria Island. Thanks Jordan & Amy for taking us to Bruce & Brandon’s graves. Beautiful touch for Amy to put a single rose on each of the Lee’s gravestones. ❤️🙏🏻🌹
I am a big Bruce Lee fan. Enter the Dragon is my go to film. So sad that they both passed so young. Stay safe.
Really hit me hard when Brandon died. We met at a club I was playing at (The Mint) in LA in 1990. In 1993 The same band I was with played the NAMM show. Afterwards we headed to Vegas with Brandon riding along with us....Believe it or not, but Brandon was sitting next to me reading the script to the Crow in our tour bus.
Thanks to you Amy for continuing the memory of these two men
I LOVE this vlog!! So glad you did the spot for Ruby Chow's!! I did the Bruce Lee grave two summers ago and then vlogged where he went to school at Edison Technical College. There was a favorite eatery he frequented in China Town called Tai Tung where you can go and eat at the Bruce Lee booth. There was a favorite dish he ate regularly.
So happy y'all finally got there! :) I went to all of the sites for the Crow in Wilmington back in the day. Love both of these gentlemen!
I love it Bruce Lee is the greatest of all time
Legendary martial arts fighter, actor etc etc
My childhood hero legendary BRUCE LEE.
James Coburn was one of Bruce's students.
Watched this while I'm working at the nurses station. .a little bit of normalcy in this Covid craziness.
Good call
Its sad that people could be so disrespectful! I never missed a Bruce Lee movie! He was the greatest!
@@AvengerII so true.....its disturbing that we have so many that way too. I'm an old man now, raised 3 amazing daughters. And their children, also, were raised well. Times have changed, people have changed, and not for the better .... I'd say!
Same
I hate people who hate him
I'm so glad that you & Amy were able to visit Bruce & Brandon this trip. I grew up watching the Bruce Lee movies & love them still! It's just so heartbreaking that both father & son were taken far too early & I've always wondered what more they would have created had they lived. I was also very saddened by the vandalism at the cemetery. A place that is supposed to be peaceful & respected. I just don't understand. Thank you so much Jordan & Amy for a beautiful vlog! Have a wonderful weekend!!
James Coburn who played Derek Flint movies in the 60's spoof on 007
Aww! Thank you Jordan and Amy for this historical vlog. I love both Bruce and Brandon. 😊😊
Bruce Lee was so charismatic that I was only 16 and not into martial arts at all, but when Return of the Dragon came on TV, I was glued to the screen. He was so magnetic and captivating, that he got me into martial arts and fitness. I'm now 44 and in great shape with fighting skills. Thanks Bruce!
Thank you, this is the 1st year I have not taken my trip to Seattle. I always go there for respect as a martial artist myself and my father teaching me trained as Bruce did and I loved Brandon's style. Shannon and Linda also have a museam in china town in Seattle.
Bruce Lee legendary martial arts fighter and actor
Only the greats transcend their sport and enter the mainstream. Muhammad Ali was one and Bruce Lee was definitely another. Interest in the martial arts exploded when Bruce Lee came on the scene 👍😎👍
How tragic that both father and son passed away so young. You told their story very well, Jordan, with great respect. Thank you and Amy for sharing your visit to Bruce and Brandon's final resting place. (PS - Loved that Amy left flowers for them.)
I'm so glad you did this vlog... I was hoping you would. Great as always Jordan.
Very special vlog on Bruce and Brandon Lee. Glad you and Amy got to go see where they are laid to rest. Both of them passing so young. The headstones are beautiful. So sad. You and Amy make a great team. Shame on those vandals who destroyed what’s supposed to be sacred. May Bruce and Brandon be resting in peace. Thank you both for sharing this with us. Love to you and Amy and Jah❤️ God bless you both
🦁 Jordan, My Father-In-Law took training under Bruce Lee and his martial art skills that he developed was AMAZING! Another, Great Vlog! 👏🏼👍👏🏼 That’s disgusting that tombs were vandalized! A DANG Shame!!!
I agree - it was horrible to see the way some burial sites were vandalized!
Always loved Bruce and Brandon. I continue to be like water like Bruce said always changing and never staying the same. RIP Bruce and Brandon.
Thank You for visiting Bruce and Brandon for us. I as a female wasn't interested in martial arts or Bruce at all until I saw The Crow and became a fan of Brandon. I was so sad about how such a talented young mans life could end due to negligence. It saddened me even more to learn just how up and coming Brandon was . He had many projects in the works and others like Neo in The Matrix that were being created that he was the top choice for. He was going to be huge had he lived. This of course lead me to learn about Bruce and respect that he was largely responsible for changing racial prejudice towards Asians with his fame and by opening the martial arts to everyone . He got lots of flack from the Asian community for teaching the martial arts to anyone who wanted to learn but did it anyway because he believed teaching it to everyone opened their culture up and would help end racial prejudice. Bruce was a man way ahead of his time and his son was a wonderful actor who left a us a gift with his performance in The Crow.
Hi , on picture is that Michael J. Fox , nice comment you made :)
@@plutoniusis Thank you ! Yes it is a 1982 season 1 Family Ties promotion picture of Michael.
So sad that they both died young. Both were great actors. Glad you two got to visit them.
Thanks for your time
The two of you bring so happiness to us😄
Awesome Video Man! Luv the Lee's Thanks ❤💙
Hey Jordan and Amy....great vlog! 👍😎
Great vlog,Jordan.

Another well researched vlog. Learned some new information today. Thank you
Bruce Lee had left a lasting impression on so many. Chuck Norris had considered him a great friend and was mentored by Bruce. Youth idolized him for what seemed impossible become possible in so many eyes. His movie's transfixed a generation with excitement.
Hi Amy and Jordan. Great vlog. Have a great day. 🙏 Ken
Epic Thanks a lot ..Jordan you are the BEST
Thank you Jordan, for showing us the grave sites of Bruce & Brandon Lee both much too young when they passed away. What beautiful head stones ! I have never seen a red head stone , perfect color for Mr Lee . Brandons head stone is like wise amazing !
@@thechosenoneforeal Thank you for telling me that , I will make a correction. I don't know why I thought he was born there I must have been thinking about another asian actor , who started in Hong Kong or China & after he made his first movie s there , came here. Perhaps J.Chan ?
@@thechosenoneforeal Great info . Now I want to go rewatch some of these movies again.
When Brandon lee died so did the crow and also that's how the wrestler sting started doing the gimmick
Jordan, That was so poignant 😢 bright stars gone too soon. You did an amazing job. I really want to visit Washington now! It looks so beautiful. I love big trees, mountains, great restaurants, and artsy places. Thank you for a wonderful vlog! ❤️🥰

Same here. I always wanted to see his gravesite.
I don't think I've ever seen something written like this on someone's grave stone. Thoughtful and Beautiful and so true.
Bruce Lee is the reason why I love martial arts. Enter the Dragon is my favorite movie of his. I hope to someday visit his grave as well. Great vlog as always! :)

Unfortunately,,father and son passed away at the very young age...so sad😥
Both left this world to soon and so young! 😔 Could only imagine how much more Bruce would accomplish 😎🙏🏻🔥🐉

Thank you, I enjoyed it
Rip Bruce and Brandon we love you ❤
These 2 graves were remodeled and recolored in 1995! - 4:35
Bruce Lee R.l.P hi only 🙌
So sad to see Brandon’s grave. He was a really good and amazing person. I believe Brandon’s career would have taken off after The Crow. So sad. RIP Brandon. :( I didn’t realize they wrote that quote from Brandon on his grave. I remember seeing that interview. So sad. Gone too soon.
I’m glad you got there! Didn’t look like that much of a hill?
Beautiful head stones I loved them both amazing people
Great commentary... you gave some knowledgeable details that I didn't know about!
thanks to you for this great video stay safe i look forward to more of the same from you from england
RIP and long live Bruce Lee (November 27, 1940 - July 20, 1973), aged 32 And RIP and long live Brandon Lee (February 1, 1965 - March 31, 1993), aged 28 And RIP and long live John Saxon (August 5, 1936 - July 25, 2020), aged 83 You will always be remembered as legends.
I know Bruce was a very talented martial artist, but what always stands out to me about him was his personal charisma, he could say it all, with just a look. I think he would have gone on to do some great movies. And I would have loved to seen more of Brandon too, thanks for this, Jordan & Amy!
Use no way as your way, use no limitations as your limitations.
Thanks
Amazing vlog Jordan love watching your channel. Love Bruce Lee. I was hoping that you would go see his and Brandon's gravesite while you were in Washington. Hope you and Amy are having a great time in Washington.
So sad. They are so missed.
Thanks for the video! Enter the Dragon was released just a week after Bruce's sudden death. Bruce already planned coming to US for the movie promotion. He had set the schedule to be interviewed by Johnny Carson. Unfortunately, we never have the chance to see this.
Both ended their life tragically, RIP Bruce & Brandon Lee
Hi Jordan and Amy, we were very interested in the video you did on Bruce and Brandon Lee, both died way to young but they will always be remembered. Mary saw a couple of Bruce Lee movies, and also she enjoyed The Crow. The head stones where so beautiful and an honor to both of them. It's hard to lose your spouse but to out live your child is even harder.
So tragic to lose them both.
Have you toured the oldest house in LA? The one behind the 3rd street farmer's market near the 3rd street Promenade across from CBS Television City?
Can u believe those scum bags trashed a grave site
I feel destroying anything in a cemetery is crossing line, personally. Whether it is a grave site or a memorial site for an event or group .
What amazing volg
Great vid/job ...
Respect. Hey since you are in Seattle are you making a stop in Oregon? There is plenty to VLOG out here and I could be your personal guide heh heh. Take care.
No, this was filmed at the end of july
I grew up watching Bruce Lees films and then watched Rapid Fire when it came out with Brandon Lee. I can remember when I was a kid that there was a channel or network that is still around that would show Bruce Lees films. That network is still around, but sold out in the mid 90's to become a part of the WB Network which later switched to now what is known as the CW Network. I was in the Navy at the time when Brandon Lee passed away in 1993. I eventually watched The Crow when it came out in theaters and loved it that I bought the DVD to watch. There were other actors in the industry as well that Bruce Lee taught Martial Arts to including like you mentioned about James Coburn Jordan. Loved the post! I just saw a book that I believe Bruce Lees daughter just published on Facebook and Instagram on his philosophy I believe.
I liked all Bruce Lee movie's and Brandon Lee movie especially rapid fire. Thanks Jordan and Amy. 😎💪🔥🌠
Bruce lee and myself share the same birthday. Thank you for the video vlog.
Hi Jordan it was breathtaking being there at Bruce and Brandon’s grave as was their view from there!! Ty
Wow! They have very nice grave markers. I've never seen their graves. For some reason I thought the were cremated and their ashes spread.
I had read somewhere that Bruce Lee worked out 12 to 14 hours a day and that the pressure on his blood vessels from the long workouts had something to do with the head aches as the vessels in the brain are weaker than than in the rest of your body this pressure is what was giving him his headaches and one of them burst in his brain. and not drugs which he took after his accident in 1970. The accident was he hadn't warmed up and picked up some weights and messed up his back not in a fight as the movie led you to believe. Still to come back when he was told he would never walk again let alone do Kung Fu is a testament to the man and his will
He took too much cortizone for his back pain that resulted in adrenal crisis which is a heat stroke, that's what killed him.
Crow is so bad ass
Agreed. So is Rapid Fire
@@DazewithJordantheLion cool
