  • I am the hunter in the video. For those who were inquiring, following is the information about the rifle and ammunition that I used: Rifle used: SAKO Mod. 85 Stainless Caliber: 300 Winchester Short Magnum Ammunition used: Winchester 180 Grain XP3 Scope: Zeiss Victory Diavari 2.5 - 10 x 50

    • Great job, absolutely gorgeous animal. I love Sako rifles, I have one. There machining and craftsmanship is second to none. I have been to Ladysmith as we have a daughter who lives in Nanaimo. We were sightseeing and walked the Holland Creek Trail.

    • How about we give you a miss for your ego-driven shooting of wild animals. You think this is admirable? And I worked all over BC and the Ykon. We all disliked your sort flying in to shoot.

  • This MacMillan moose Yukon Monster is high quality in the cinamatography on the camera. The video does have a interesting introduction to me. The background is useful to all of the aspiring hunters. There is a effective voice that is presenting you. The sound does smooth the tympanic ear. The voice is influential to the listener. The voice is sharing a experience to the viewer. There is a experience to last inside of the memory throughout the cell, and the delivery is impressionable on any hunter. Thank-you for sharing the video!

    @joshuarumsey2302@joshuarumsey23023 жыл бұрын
    • Joshua I wish I had recorded the whole experience, we just tipped the boat up on its side and let it fill full of water, then rolled the moose into the boat, once the moose was in, and the boat was sitting upright, we just easily scooped the water out of the boat with a pail/bucket. The boat began to float and took the moose to a much easier place to clean and butcher. Thanks for watching.

  • I find it baffling a bunch of moose hunters wouldn't have a bunch of pulleys in the boat to drag around a 1500 lb animal easily. It's kinda irresponsible not to have sufficient rope and pulleys and knowledge on how to use them. Cranking up a windlass as a means of shortening a rope to drag a moose is not only ineffective but dangerous.

    • You have to be tough. A good guide thinks about where the moose will drop. A great guide will have the client take moose of his dreams anywhere the opportunity presents itself and will deal with it after.

  • I would be impressed , if you had not let him shoot the Moose in the water. That is a no-no and ethical hunters do not do that !! Lousy shooting !!
