Kebab Bread and Pita Bread Recipe (Very Easy With Milk) [Subtitled]

Pita / kebab bread is a traditional bread from the Middle East. This quick and easy recipe makes kebab bread or pita bread or sandwich bread. Today I'm going to show you how to make homemade kebab bread with milk or pita bread it's super easy! From me it has a round shape and 15 cm in diameter, perfect for kebabs or sandwiches. Here is how to do it!
1. In a large bowl add the milk and lukewarm water, the flour, sugar and fresh yeast, then knead at speed 4 for 5 minutes.
2. After 5 minutes add salt and sunflower oil then knead at speed 5 for 5 minutes
3. After 5 minutes cover and let stand for 1h30.
4. After 1h30, cut 9 dough pieces of 103gr each.
5. Then form balls.
6. Without waiting, spread each dough in a circle of about 15 in diameter.
7. Once all the pasta is spread out, the oven must be preheated to 482° F, put the first tray in the oven at 482 ° F high and low function for 8 minutes.
8.In the meantime, cover the buns on the other tray to prevent the top from forming a crust.
9. Once they are cooked let them cool. You can garnish them any way you like (kebab or sandwich).
Important note: The oven must be well heated before placing the breads in the oven so that they puff up well.

-130 ml of lukewarm milk
-130 ml of lukewarm water
-110 gr of yogurt
-10 gr oil
-13 gr of sugar
-5 gr of salt
-20 gr fresh yeast
-530 gr flour
