08:06 Bonus!!
Aptera, “Hold my beer,…” ($26,900 & 0-60 in 4 seconds & 250 mile range)
Haha, TRUE! Aptera is definitely worth the wait, the kind of value they're offering is quite exceptional 🤩🤯
The red Polaris Slingshot in the beginning was a 4 wheeler. Anyway, my 2017 Polaris Slingshot spent more time in the repair shop then on the road. The hoops the repair shop/Polaris dealer had to jump through for corporate to approve a fix on my Slingshot (under extended full warranty" was ridiculous! Look super cool, but would never buy another.
Hey, thanks for sharing your experience! It's a bummer to hear about the issues you faced with your Polaris Slingshot. It's definitely frustrating when a cool-looking ride ends up spending more time in the repair shop than on the road. Your feedback is valuable, and it's important for potential buyers to hear about real-world experiences like yours. Thanks for keeping it real!
Such bullshit. They never mention them when selling it, and are never recalcitrant when trying to get U to sign the dotted line as they are when U need them like with your situation. Tell the customers when they come into the dealership about your treatment when your there banging your head on wall begging for the fuccers to do their job & stop trying to unlawfully roll you.
I love three wheeled vehicles. A Morgan would great, a Polaris if not, then a Vanderhall. So much fun driving.
Absolutely! These Three-wheelers offer such a unique and thrilling driving experience. Glad to hear you're a fan of them too! Keep enjoying the ride! 😁👍🏼
Vanderhall baby!!!!!
I want one!!!
Nice choice! Three-wheelers definitely have that cool factor. Don't they?!😁👍🏼
@@Techwowofficial I am not purchasing. I require a living wage locally. Will be pressing charges against identity frauds in Lincolnton, NC. I have a case against those using fake info among those doing relationship fraud done by those using poly false info. I actually I don't do threes, but I like this auto/motorcycle. You'd be surprised at false meanings being used. I don't do that. Apparently I must clarify since people are bad at interpretation. I have been always been monogamous. So was my ex. We aren't and we're not involved with this person. Alot of identity frauds must be corrected online and publically. I have uncovered identity frauds and can prove.
when your too old too drive 2 wheels😂😂
Haha, who says getting older means giving up the thrill of the road? Three wheels just add that extra stability and style, no matter your age! 😄🚗
Arcimoto has gone Poof, who has their Designs and Patents???? The Morgan should have been reprised as the Mr. Steed car....IMHO
i like some of them ...... if i was only rich ..... lol
I hear you! Some of these three-wheelers can be quite tempting. Who knows, maybe one day they'll become more accessible. Until then, we can dream, right? 😅
Hi 🇰🇿
Hello there!
As far as I'm concerned these vehicles are just rich man toys if they don't meet two key criteria: - Air conditioning. - Low price, no more than budget-priced regular cars. In other words, under $15,000. All of these are toys. And you failed to mention the one EV releasing in 2024 that does qualify.
Hey, appreciate your take on this! Air conditioning and affordability are definitely important factors for many buyers. While some three-wheeled cars may cater more to luxury markets, they often pack in advanced technology, unique designs, and specialized features that cater to specific preferences and needs. It's all about finding the right balance between what you're getting and what you're paying. Also, I'd love to know more about the EV you mentioned for 2024 - got any details to share?
The Nimbus One is an EV scheduled to release this year for around $10k or $200/month rent. I will likely get one. Also, the Áptera is very promising although it will be years before the inexpensive models are released and available to those that didn’t preorder.
🇺🇸🥂🍾
A welder a little bit of steel and a motorcycle and you can build your own
For sure! Building your own three-wheeled car can be a cool project for those who know their way around tools. It's wild how some creativity and good ol' craftsmanship can whip up something totally unique.
both the inconveniences of a car and a bike.
Stick with your Camry. This stuff ain't for you.
@@mrfuriouser you're right, the first choice should be reliability.
No way 3 corner better than 4. Trikes are a dodge around auto regs.
From what I’ve read, a trike with two wheels in the front corners as good as a car, but also weighs less. They do handle dangerously when going in reverse and braking though (they tend to flip over).
Except on sharp turns the back outside wheel is off the ground. What do you have then?
Square auto tires on trikes aren’t meant to lean!
Wow, looks like I missed an interesting debate! It's clear that there are various viewpoints on the performance and safety of three-wheeled cars. While some argue that trikes offer advantages like lighter weight and maneuverability, others raise concerns about stability, especially in sharp turns or when braking. @peterbarlow1812 makes a valid point about the limitations of square auto tires on trikes. It seems like there's still a lot to consider when it comes to the design and regulation of these vehicles. Thanks for sharing your insights, everyone!
@@Techwowofficial They could also design as Carver has done-- cycle tires that lean while the rear drive tire is a car tire for the advantages of more tread on the drive wheel , where its needed.
2 wheels good ,4 wheels bad & 3 wheels very very XXXXXXX
Haha, I love the Animal Farm reference! But in the end, It's all about finding what drives you, whether it's two, three, or four wheels.
No, this is not a car. A. Car. Has. THREE. WHEELS. By D.O.T.D. Rule: SInce this vehicle HAS THREE WHEELS, IT CAN ONLY BE REGISTERED AS A MOTORCYCLE. Signed-Richard. This grinds my gears because it is one time when you are being lied to and you let it happen. I WON'T. That is how we got Biden as a President and all of the termoil that has happened since he got into Office. Signed-RIchard.
Hey Richard, thanks for sharing your perspective. It's understandable that you have strong feelings about vehicle classifications. While it's true that some three-wheeled vehicles are registered as motorcycles due to DOT rules, they're often designed with car-like features and functionalities. It's important to have open discussions about these topics. Let's keep the conversation rolling without letting it grind any gears. Thanks for engaging!
It's not about politics.
@@sethtoe No it is about being lied to, like someone building an American Muscle Car/Super Car and they don't put anything bigger than a Six in it, or worse, it ends up being FWD. SIgned-Richard. Or it is called a SUV and it is a FWD Minivan. Signed-Richard.
What has Biden NOT been responsible for ? Political idiot.
Hey,Dick...,.......even if it only has a six how fast is it ? It might have an Australian Barra turbo with 1500hp (yes, they can get more) that makes your V8 look ill.
I call BS on any of the acceleration numbers. All reverse trikes have the same problems with traction. It is unavoidable with that single rear tire. This is why there is a trend of Slingshot owners modifying the rear to make it 4 wheels. This is shown multiple times in your video. 5:55, 6:10, 6:30. That isn't stock. Thats a custom rear like from a cross kart. Also, check some reviews. The auto trans on the Polaris is trash. Problems and delay with shifting. Go manual or pick another manufacturer if you want automatic.
Hey, thanks for chiming in! You make a good point about traction issues with the single rear tire on reverse trikes like the Slingshot. It's definitely worth considering when evaluating these vehicles. I'll take a closer look at the reviews regarding the auto transmission on the Polaris Slingshot. Your input helps provide a more comprehensive view for viewers. Appreciate the heads up!
