    • O mankind, worship your Lord, who created you and those before you, that you may become righteous - [He] who made for you the earth a bed [spread out] and the sky a ceiling and sent down from the sky, rain and brought forth thereby fruits as provision for you. So do not attribute to Allah equals while you know [that there is nothing similar to Him]. (Quran 2:21-22) How can you disbelieve in Allah when you were lifeless and He brought you to life; then He will cause you to die, then He will bring you [back] to life, and then to Him you will be returned. It is He who created for you all of that which is on the earth. Then He directed Himself to the heaven, [His being above all creation], and made them seven heavens, and He is Knowing of all things. (Quran 2:28-29) Those who have believed and whose hearts are assured by the remembrance of Allah . Unquestionably, by the remembrance of Allah hearts are assured." (Quran 13:28) And whoever turns away from My remembrance - indeed, he will have a depressed life, and We will gather him on the Day of Resurrection blind." He will say, "My Lord, why have you raised me blind while I was [once] seeing?" [ Allah ] will say, "Thus did Our signs come to you, and you forgot them; and thus will you this Day be forgotten." And thus do We recompense he who transgressed and did not believe in the signs of his Lord. And the punishment of the Hereafter is more severe and more enduring. (Quran 20:124-127) And whoever desires other than Islam as religion - never will it be accepted from him, and he, in the Hereafter, will be among the losers. (Quran 3:85).....

  • i used to love climbing all over the place, i guess as i got heavier, i felt weaker, and since everyone just expected me to stop, i stopped doing it. Ive kind of lost my ability to do a lot of things. Also i love this mans dedication to making all these edits for this video, im sure it took a lot physical and mental energy to get it done not to mention patience, and creativity for coming up with these ideas.

    • Me too man. I gained so much weight. I was 55 lbs over my ideal body weight. It made me sick literally. But I believe it is all in the mind. You can get there again having mobility, strength, and energy. I have started to do something about my health and am excited about the change. You can do it too. You just got to start somewhere and do something about. Little by little you pick up momentum and before you know it you will be back to your old self. The key for me in the past has been to keep that momentum going once you have it. Remember the first law of Newton "An object at rest tends to stay at rest, and an object in motion tends to stay in motion unless and external force acts upon it." You can be the positive force that gets you going again and don't let anyone stop you with their negative energy. I believe in you. 👍
