Xiao QIao was not a warrior. Although in 2010 T.V. series she did save Zhuge Liangs life when Zhou Yu wanted to murder him after summoning a change in wind direction during the battle of Chibi. Seriously though, I was looking for a strategy game to play after playing rot3k 11, 12, 13 and 14. I think this fits the bill despite seemingly more action based.
