You dont need an adapter for Bluetooth, only if your gaming device doesnt have BT. Mine connected just fine. BUT THE MIC IS SO BAD in game chats! No one can hear me, barely if at all. And it's a huge known issue for these headsets, and Microsoft has done nothing to fix the issue. I just got it yesterday, looks like I'm going to have to return it. I did like it a lot, but the mic issue is so critical.

Hey man, so i just bought this headset, amazing for my first hesdset but i have a issue with it, so whenever i try to use the mic in my games but i cant talk yk? And ive been struggling to find a video to maybe help me out but it still wont work, idk if its the settings in the game i have to do or the xbox settings
Have you checked the settings and turned the mic sensitivity up? There is an auto mute function as well I believe and also mic monitoring (do you know what that does? I can explain if needed). There is also a setting on the Xbox to have a connected headset auto mute the tv volume and a few other settings buried in the Xbox menus. One obvious thing is make sure the mic is actually turned on, the button on the bottom of the mic boom pressed to make the mic light white(this means it’s on and not muted). Also make sure the left ear volume is adjusted properly to give you proper chat/game audio. Let me know if any of this helps. You may have a defective unit.

Do you mean that the dial on the side of your headset does not change the chat/game volume accordingly? May be defective I would call Microsoft and ask them if you can get a replacement
Hey what do you do if your mic keeps disconnecting and it says headset assigned every 10 seconds? This happens a lot when I first turn it on and get on the game.
You may have a defective unit. Mine says headset connected only once after I turn it on and it connects to the Xbox. Are you sure you’re not leaning back on a chair headrest or something and pressing the buttons on the headset?

The app is an Xbox app you don’t need a computer. It’s Xbox accessories should be already on the Xbox
It's normal to hear noises when you use the maximum mic monitoring with the mic on?
The point of mic monitoring is so you hear your own voice. If you have loud background noise you may also hear that coming through the headphones speakers. Mic monitor basically just lets you hear your voice so you don’t end up talking loud but also gives you an idea of how loud you sound to others if it’s working properly. I personally don’t think the mic monitor is loud enough on this headset.

Hi. How does the mix chat / game volume of the left pavilion work on PC? Can I use it in a game, for example in CoD Warzone?
You rotate the knob and it just puts more emphasis on either game sounds or chat sounds. For example if you’re playing COD and last alive and want your teammate to shut up making loud callouts distracting you just rotate the knob to the game volume side and it turns down his loud voice.

Ah, it may not work on Pc as this is designed specifically to connect to the Xbox like a controller so some features may not be available on PC. Not 100% sure though. Maybe asked Reddit because there’s a solid mix of gamers over there that may have an answer on the Xbox sub

100% worth buying for the price point. Once you fine turn the eq settings it’s pretty good. There are better sounding headsets but they are all in the $200+ price range. Thanks for watching. Mine wont charge or turn on, they worked the day I got them than after that they stopped, i even tried hard resetting the headset but even that wont work.

I use DTS headphone X sound on Xbox and you can KZhead videos about that and how to set it up.

Are you trying to just hear the audio of the tv? Should just be able to pair it like a normal Bluetooth device.

I really like this headset, its super comfy. But the other day I had the mic stop working randomly for a couple days which was concerning. Prob had it for 6 months now
My one complaint about the headset is that I wish the mic boom had a softer rubber like texture and more bendy than the hard mic because I think it gets hung on things and puts stress on the mic cable the way it sticks out all the time.

Check the mic sensitivity settings, the auto mute setting(auto mute may be cutting your words off) not sure. I’ve never had a complaint about my mic…doesn’t sound like a standalone desk mic obviously but it’s good enough for the price
How durable is this headset long term
So far I haven’t had any issues with mine and I use it exclusively when I game. I did get some new ear pads for it from BrainWavz audio. I got a pair of the perforated leather and the gel filled memory foam. I like both and switch them out depending on what I’m in the mood for. I do wish the ear cups rotated to lay flat in a case or a bag, that’s probably my only complaint though. For the price I think it’s a solid headset especially if you enable DTSX sound options.

I honestly think the mic quality is just not that great on this headset. I haven’t had anyone directly complain but I think it’s worse than my old turtle beach 420+ which was also pretty budget friendly.

My headset volume does not go up how do I turn the volume on
The side wheel on the left ear mixes between game volume and voice chat volume. I leave that in the middle (there are light detents to feel when you’re in the middle). The right ear is volume so rotate that to the desired volume level. You can also select a setting to mute the tv sound automatically when you connect a headset so you don’t have to worry about the tv volume coming through the microphone or anything.
I turned the dial all the way up on the right but the voice chat goes away
That’s what happens. One dial is for overall volume and the other is mixing voice/game so if you turn the left dial all the way it will cut out game or voice.

The headset set is turning off when im afk for like 5 minutes what do i do to make it stay on all the time?
If you’re afk it’s going to turn off to save battery life. Just turn it back on. Is there a reason you want the headset to stay on when your afk not near the console? Usually as long as game sound is coming through it won’t turn off
